As we briefly contancted in space i will get straight to the point. One precious and valuable artifact has been stolen from Corsairs by certain individual who reside in Bretonia. That artifact for some time was considered lost or vanished, but due to vigilant investigation of our comessario Pepe Ladron we traced who got it, but were late to stop change of ownership.
That individual who purchased it is identified no one than Dexter Hovis, former champion of racing runs in Dublin system. He is retired from racing for some time, but big time of his career he was making his pasttime at IMG Battleship Hood in Dublin. Our inquiry from you is if you can provide us some information about him if you have, whereabouts, who are his friends and acquitances.
All who can provide us with some usefull information will be rewarded, regardless of our relations. That artifact is important to us and we wont to track who is behind all of this, as we doubt he done it alone. It was tipped and ploted, all informations of such specimens are closed for outlanders.

We suspect that Hovis Bretonian citizen is connected with researchers on Sprague, or at least there was his stop to rest maybe to go somewhere even further, for some more hidden client.
I might open this commlink to Bretonian inteligence channels, or retransmit on separate channel. but will not do so until i contact them directly. Maybe this is some Bretonian official plot after all. In any way I will guarantee that eventuall IMG help will not be used against guild nor made known to third parties without Your Authorisation.
