Golanski? Well, if that aint you, we're still glad to hear that this here channel remains open to The Order. But now that I got your attention, there are a few things I would like to discuss with you.

As you might know, the Xenos are a movement against foreign corporations that we feel have taken away more from Liberty than they have added to it. Many of us were once miners or worked as security in the Liberty Police Force but we were pushed out of our positions in order to find cheaper foreign alternatives.

Now we do not see The Order as a foreign corporation but what we do see you as, is a group of people who have eyes in high places. Places that we feel could one day prove beneficial to our cause.

We are also looking into expanding our cause and that means looking for allies or at least people we can co-operate with on some level. But more specifically, we are looking into expanding on our gun trade. We have heard that The Order would pay a hefty sum for a full load of black market side arms and that is something we are working on getting our hands on again. I say again because due to neglect, our production facilities and our black market trade within Liberty has left us with hardly any of it.

I would like to propose some sort of deal with you lot and here's what we got to offer:

*Free use of our bases when you choose to operate in Liberty
*Trading of goods between us
*XA escort in and around Liberty if you choose to fly through it
*Possible trading of technology in the future

What we would like to ask in return:

*Trading of goods between us
*Provide us with information that may interest us regarding Liberty whenever you come across it
*Possible trading of technology in the future

If you would like to add or change some of these here terms, or just decline it, please let us know.

I welcome your offer of aid and co-operation and I bid to your leadership that we will approve this deal at earliest opportunity in The Order Overwatch Assembly as a formality. The details will be ironed out in due time but the general idea is noble and required by us. It is true, The Order is running large scale gunrunning business as a means to augment its financial assets in Sirius and to lend support to our proxies and allies though means far more direct than words. The Kemwer brand is affordable and high tech equalizer that is somewhat rooted in Liberty technology far down the line. Our precedessors grafted significant assets from Liberty even after we went international which may be seen in our ship design most notably. We will happily take ammo, Liberty-make equipment, missiles and other hi-tech weapons that we can refurbish into Kemwer standard.

For the time being, we have to lay down before it can be announced to the world. I trust the high command of your movement will take utmost care to carefully address matters of bilateral relations due to diplomatic instability of Liberty we are experiencing. There are few things I will indulge with you and due to previous acts of co-operation over the years, I believe you deserve to know... and perhaps can understand my position and sentiments.

The Order had broken up with Hellfire Legion, widely understood as your greatest ally due to feud over Legion/Commonwealth officials instigating more laws and restrictions on our operations and funding self-declared enemies of The Order Overwatch: The so called Auxesian battlegroup. We do not trust Lord Commander Locklear is capable of leading the Legion and is considered a legitimate liability to continued Order operations in Liberty however no lethal incidents had happened between our two groups. The best way to describe our relations is the cold war. Below I will attach brief and unsuccesful exchange between us two that made it clear that we no longer see an eye to eye.

Relevant communication

There are other, various groups that vouch to combat Nomad influence. However their motives and ultimate goal remains unknown and are often found in diplomatically complicated conflicts that raise tensions to potentially volatile level. Some go as far as to aggressively to campaign against and coerce our other informators, collaborants and allies while themselves playing dangerous games with enemies of The Order. I will have you know that there are also couple of rogue Order agents on the run, that forsaken their oaths and further complicate my own plans.

Privately, as this view may not reflect The Order's Overwatch view upon affairs of Sirius as a whole, just between us... I am not citizen or native of your House. While I do share some portion of the blood in my veins, I have never set foot within boundaries of Liberty until I signed up with The Order marine corps many years ago. However, my experiences with your home left me under impression that it is fundamentally broken. Lately, I had to deal with many good people taking to opposing barricades fighting for completely rotten ideals - none of which really take interest of common Liberty man as first priority.

My latest incursion had left me completely disgusted with how this place was let down. It needs to change before the Adversary takes an advantage of it.

We are pleased to hear that The Order Overwatch has agreed to our deal and we are looking forward to making our first few shipments as soon as possible. We can't give you any estimates on when our production facilities will be back up but in the meantime we are still looking forward to working with you.

As for the information you have shared with me about the Hellfire Legion... Well, I can only say that I am shocked to see how they are willing to disband their alliance with an old ally so easily in order to protect this new "Auxesian" group. It makes me wonder about our alliance with them and whether they would cut us off so quickly if we happened to do something they disliked.

Regardless, I will take that information as a warning that things may end up getting a bit heated when you're around in Liberty. In our terms, I mentioned that we would fly with you lot as your escort when you're operating in Liberty. How I see it is that if Hellfire happens to come across you while under our protection, we will tell them to stand down and let us be on our way. How they choose to respond to this will remain up to them. I think it will be a good way for us to measure just how strong our alliance with them truly is.

The rogue Order agents aren't really any of our concern but sending us information on them won't do any harm either. Unless you are asking for us to capture or terminate them, in which case the information will be most welcome.

Also, while you may not be Libertonian yourself, you still seem to care for the common man and woman of Liberty. They are the ones who are thrown into this mess that is greed and corruption while having no way to stop it. The rich elite of Liberty do nothing for them but use them as stepping stones in order to gain more wealth for themselves. That is why I feel your undercover agents, wherever they may be in Liberty's system, may prove useful to our cause.

We, the Xenos, hope to one day stop this plague that has infected Liberty and some of its previous citizens but we know how difficult such a thing will be. We hope it will be less so while working alongside The Order.

Oh, and since there is no recorded history of any Xeno entering Order space out there in the Omicrons, could you give us some directions on how to get there? I am not asking this for myself, as I am competent enough to find my own way of course, but for our transport pilots that have no knowledge of the route they will need to take. Would be appreciated.
