What are the Tiger Nomads and how can I preview the visual effects pack? It's impossible to tell which parts I might want to use xd

Tiger Nomads are the Texture modification for the Tier 2 Nomads, it gives them stripes, which you can see here.
And the Visual Effects are pretty much are visible in the beggining, other than that - it's the Sarma, Cloak Disruptor, Mortar Impact and Plasmaring-Based Engines
