Location of Battlecruiser Akatsuki - Shelco - 04-18-2017
It doesn't really make sense that this base is there, the standard rep with Kishiro as /restart KuExiles is just 1 step before it is made hostile. if you adjust the reputation to have all allies of IKN (FA, Hogosha) on green, Kishiro will be hostile, which is pretty weird then, since Kishiro NPC's are still a normal sight in Kyushu and also dock on the planet, although they shouldn't be able to (inRP).

Kishiro should be distrusted by IKN, but not no-dock or hostile.
The Akatsuki is there to keep watch on Nago operations, blockade any republican efforts of extracting resources or fortifying an outpost in the back of the Imperial advance. Or so it was supposed to.
Kyushu npcs take some updates to be stabilized to the new status quo. We had months of knf gunboat and fighter patrols on Tau-29 gate being wiped out by the Nagasaki. The advance will see similar odd "behaviors".

Would make sense, seems like IKN really needs new rep adjustments, thanks for the logical answer.
