Then their ID is unavailable in game, right?
Because the info in wiki says bribes in bases but might be outdated so there's none so far the bases I visited

Their id is obtainable in Cayman there are still a few Stations left and you can buy a bribe in Koeln on the station near to Wuppertal refinery.

They are white to me but maybe cause my Zoner ID I can't get it

Reapers are long time dead and attempts to revive them failed. Thus you can not wear their ID since only members of faction are allowed to have it.
As far as I know their assets will be removed/redistributed to other factions in near future and Reapers will become just part of Disco history. Like Phantoms for example.

Anybody(Devs?) knows something about the current inRP status of the RoS NPC faction, becausw we have just started our project in Cayman.

Some of them wanted to maintain it ingame but it will never be playable on the main server, so.. maybe will be removed in an upcoming patch
