Can just say the same to you as I did to the other dude, welcome ^-^, since trading will be pretty much the first thing everyone has to do, I suggest you join a good trading faction. I suggest the IMG, since they are very active and do large convoys often, looks like a good place to learn the basics and have fun!

Hey Cassian. Saw you on the other night, welcome to Discovery
.If you're new like I am, the one thing I found out most recently is if you go fast enough and run into another ship, instant death is much more likely. There's much less 'ping pong' bouncing off ships, it hurts a LOT more, so watch where you fly if you're cutting thrusters and drifting in combat
