The Toxics

Summary

The Toxics are a group of Hardline Xenos, with nowhere left to go. Backed up into a corner, they're becoming some of the most determined and vicious members of the cause. Not motivated by some corporate nonsense, or personal profit, the Toxics fight, simply because it's the only thing left to them. They're uneducated, poor, lower class citizens. They can't escape the life Liberty has forced them into, no matter how hard they try. Lost and confused, the Xenos took them in, showed them they can fight, and Fight they did.

The Toxics are what come to mind when one thinks of the Classical image of a Xenos, a loud-mouthed, angry individual shouting nonsense at foreigners while flying a ship literally held together by duct tape and dreams. But they don't let that stop them.

The Toxics know they're outnumbered. They know they don't have many friends. Life's rough, and once you're a Xenos, you have nowhere else to go. So you choke down whatever other feelings you have, slap on a grin and give the rest of the world Hell. Because you sure as Hell aren't going to let them get you down.

Despite their presented image, the Toxics aren't quite the hard-hearted monsters they are made out to be. Sure, they're desperate, aggresive, but it stems from a fear. Because, what else can they do. If they don't fight, what will happen? So they fight, Rabid and Aggresive like Feral Hounds, to the last man. This Mindset of course, doesn't promote stability in people's minds, at what once seemed like a chance to fight back, can quickly turn into cultlike Zealotry.

Internal Structure

The Toxics are a somewhat ragged crew of Xenos, made up of Xenos from all over the movement. Occasionally they get into trouble with the rest of the Xenos for their aggressive, even Ferals, methodology. Not prone to a ranking system, the Toxics power balance can be summed up into two ranks. Those in Charge, and those that Aren't. As such, the Toxics do not 'promote' members of their ranks, instead relying on seniority, and loyalty trials. A Standard loyalty trial for a member seeking advancement is to be injected with painful, venom like chemicals that send the victim into painful fits. The Survival rate for this trial is around 70% Percent. To progress up the chain, this process is repeated. In order for a trial to take place, all Toxics must attend.Inspired by the Xenos Alliance, the group decided to follow a similar theme and called themselves the Toxics. After all, no one wanted to get bitten by a dangerous, Toxic Snake. The objector who claimed snakes weren't Toxic, was shot. Idiot, everyone knows Snakes are Toxic. And so the Toxics came to be.

Ranks are crudely summarized as follows:

Unbloodied - Someone yet to attain the right to bleed in front of the Toxics

Fang - Someone that's survived their first Toxin trial.

Striker - Someone that's survived at least three trials by Toxin. The First rank at which a member is properly respected by other Toxics.

Bloodletter - Someone that's not only bled for the Toxics, but has made the enemy bleed as well. Average of Five Trials.

Brother - A True Toxic. Survived at least eight seasons with the Toxics, one of the old fangs. Might be called a 'Lieutenant' of the group.

Marshall - Leader of Toxics. The closest thing the Toxics have to a military leader.

Relations

Allied:
The Toxics can rely on no one but themselves for help.

Friendly: The Toxics, as all Xenos do, Maintain good relations with Universal Shipping.

Neutral: No One

Unfriendly: Desperate, the Toxics will lash out against anyone in their 'Territory'

Hostile:See Above.

Prey Tell, where it says we can't use images we find on the web.

I mean, if we all followed your logic, this forum would be very limited in it's images. In fact, we wouldn't even have a game to play.
But that's just fact.

You see, Sneks lay Eggs. So we're born in batches, that's why we all pop up so close together.
