Wonky FPS in Full Screen, Good FPS in Windowed - Neonzumi - 08-05-2017
So, for some reason when I'm in full screen I barely get 60 very unstable FPS (lowest being 30 even though there are not that many people around) which makes aiming close to impossible because of the mouse lag.
I play on lowest settings and 1024x768 rez (I only have texture and effect details up high enough so that I don't have textureless ships or invisible gun projectiles).
The weird thing is that in windowed mode I can get up to 150FPS, but everyone knows how inconvenient it is to play in windowed. |8
Is there anything I can do to fix this or at least get a stable framerate out of the game? It could just be the bad hardware but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Maybe you should instead stop learning PvP from Wesker and pew like all true pvp aces do. With 60 FPS.
