Grdo has been sanctioned for:

Consequences:

Yes, there is an Event going on, but the 'modified Rules, only apply to the Event Commodity. The Outcast, in this incident, was not carrying the Event Commodity, therefore the normal Rules of Engagement were required. Please make sure you read and understand the Server Rules and your ID.

Loss of guns, Sanction Notice in your now empty hold and money removed from some of your other Ships (your violating Ship appears rather poor).
