As you might be aware, Mr. Doe, Ageira and APM, represented by Mr. McKinsey, are working to build Docking Ring structure on the orbit of Planet Nauru with financing from Interspace Commerce. This project aims to provide easier access to rich deposits of Iridium, among other things, and generally boost commerce in that rather remote region of space. The major part of materials for the Docking Ring already delivered to Yaren Base which will serve as a base of operations for the construction effort. Now we need to move on and start actual work. This is were Deep Space Engineering comes into play.

This project would not be possible without technical expertise of your engineers. Therefore, I want to hire several construction crews with all necessary equipment, including repair ships and transport vessels, to work on this project. I leave it up to you to determine the parameters of the team and the cost of the work. Let me know these once you are ready. Mr. McKinsey will provide details related to security of the mission.

Greetings Jay,

We most certainly can help you out with that, is it just a docking ring or a mooring fixture as well?

Sincerely,
President

Of course, we are talking about complete Docking Ring structure accessible for all ship classes. The project is pretty standard. We do not expect any customizations, except usual variations for gravitational parameters specific to the planet.

Please, let me know if you require any additional information from me, Mr. Doe.

Good morning Gentlemen,

Mr. Doe, it is a pleasure making your acquaintance. I am Martin McKinsey, CEO of AP Manufacturing - I hope you do not mind that I way in on the discussion.

The undertaking at hand, as presented by Mr. Anderson is already well established. For the last weeks we have been making provisions to ensure all required materials and equipment are easily accessible to the construction crews. On part of The Core additional security measures have been enforced to ensure the operation progresses smoothly - we do not expect any complications in this respect.

Our facilities on Planet Nauru are prepared to comfortably accommodate a total of up to 3000 construction workers, engineering crews and other DSE personnel you would find essential, with all expenses paid. Should you require anything else in particular, do not hesitate to bring it forward. Otherwise we are ready to venture forth at your earliest convenience.

Greetings,

I apologize for the delay, we've been innundated with internal hick-ups and as such this project had mistakenly been overlooked. For this we are sincerely apologetic however rest assured the teams are on their way to Nauru as we speak.

I had already dispatched a couple of service vessels and the support crews and should be near your areas shortly.

Otherwise, as far as I can tell it is all looking like a smooth operation from our end.

Sincerely,
President
Jack Doe

Good morning Gentlemen,

Thank you Mr. Doe for your response - clearly men in our positions have busy schedules as it is, thus I assure you, no issue was taken. AP Manufacturing greatly appreciates your assistance in this glorious venture.

While we are waiting on your crews and craft to arrive, the assigned APM engineering division has installed skeletal parts of the main frame in Nauru low orbit. Your specialists will be pleased to find the construction site fully prepared for the actual development.

Martin,

Our boys have landed and are settling in well, if there is one thing they can take away from this is that APM have their staff and contractors best interests at heart. I personally thank you for treating them with great respect.

They have also conveyed that the initial construction development is looking solid, however they are unfamiliar with the origins of the alloys you're using. They believe they cannot guarantee their work if they can't establish the quality of the raw materials. I have no doubt that it is of high quality with few if any imperfections, I just need to ensure our lads know what they are working with. If you could get back to me at your earliest convenience, I can then ensure that work is guaranteed to have Deep Space Engineering's quality assurance.

Sincerely,
President
Jack Doe

Good evening Mr. Doe,

I am happy to learn that your crews are pleased with the accommodation we have provided - I for one believe that brilliant minds flourish at their best when living and working in a comfortable environment, with only their tasks being the actual challenge. Your men are welcome to feel at home for the duration of their stay.

As for the concern at hand, the components of the main frame constructed thus far are comprised mainly of Super Alloy (45%) akin to the one used commonly in deployment of orbital facilities, as well as various admixtures of Berillium, Boron, Cobalt, Niobium and Plastics (11% each) depending on the specific section. All raw materials have been processed by major corporate refineries in Liberty, Bretonia, Rheinland and Kusari, including DSE facilities.

In its present state the installation is, as far as my knowledge goes, properly aligned to the rotation axis of Nauru, however neither orbital lifting amenities, nor hyper loop machinery has been toughed upon yet - though our engineers are cutting edge ship designers, tinkering with docking ring technology is a horse of a completely different color, hence we leave the magic of it to the specialists. Of course the assigned APM crews on site are at your disposal and will gladly assist in all stages of assembly.

Within the next couple of weeks I plan to take the liberty of visiting the construction site myself, as I find it good practice to be actively involved in current projects. If there is anything I can do for you, please feel free to ask at any time.
