Launching the game - Sombs - 10-13-2017
I do wonder, why does loading the game when launching take like a minute before the application shows up, while when you launch the game twice, it instantly loads one of the two started applications. Can anyone explain this and how to permanently decrease the loading times of the launched game? It seems unrelated to the DSLauncher, by the way, as I have that with my Dev-Version as well, which skips the launcher.

Perhaps it is an freelancer original thing, it does sound like there is an buffer memmory where freelancer gets preloaded after the first boot up.
