question - NoMe - 01-09-2018 hi all, is it possible for a prosecutor (vhf) to kill a marauder (hf) au8 full shield, with only one mine? 1 little more how is it possible thx for answer RE: question - Altejago - 01-09-2018 Under most circumstances, no. It will always require two points of contact to kill a small ship. Shield>Hull. Possibly you were torped/deshielded a micro second before being mined. RE: question - ustick - 01-09-2018 No, a single hit with enough damage will not destroy a shield and ship. If there was enough damage, it would only put your shield down, yet not destroy your ship. In order to get killed full shield and full health with one mine, you must have had your shield taken down before the mine hit. Hope this helps! -ustick RE: question - NoMe - 01-09-2018 yes probably, i thought it i've seen nothing come, it is very irritating. less than 1 minute in fight perhaps 15 sec RE: question - JorgeRyan - 01-09-2018 Even without shields, a au8 marader has 19,750 hull, and a nuclear mine does 17,000 damage, so unless it measures damage compartmentaly, like some vanilla ships do/did, you won't die to just one hit at full hull RE: question - NoMe - 01-09-2018 thanks for your answer it help to calm down my poor mind |
