Hello, Ms Hanamura. I was left with the impression you don't allow warships around the Freeport, except in emergencies. Especially when they are part of an active engagement. But as it turns out, there's an Outcast Dreadnought flying around and using your base as a meat shield. I held my fire this time, but if this happens again, I can assure you, Freeport maintenance will have to scrub a lot of blood from the exterior plating of the station. The ball is in your hands, make sure you that vessel stays away from any zoner installations in Delta. We won't be held responsible for someone else's incompetence.

I was asleep at the time this took place, so I apologize for this and also thank you for bringing this to my attention. You are correct in the fact that our recently implemented Defense Condition system permits capitals into the NFZ on the grounds of critical emergencies, however, although we are under DEFCON STRIGOI (Below CHALDEA, in where a Nomad Threat is estimated to happen within 12 Hours - Which due to reasons I will get into at a later time with Core Command in general), I will not tolerate capitals fleeing to the NFZ with the sole intent of using my home as a meat shield.

I will be amending this prior to being made public to make sure that incidents like this are exempt from the NFZ exemption. If you're going to use my station as a meat shield, then you're no better than the nomads - wouldn't you agree, Jack?
