We're now at the point where we both have significant numbers of assets and investments weighed into Bering. Both of us consider the place our homeland, yet we operate with separate policies regarding the region. All it takes is one spark and we've got the belt crashing down around us.

I propose a little bureaucratic synchronicity for situations where our diplomacy is equal but there's a danger of keeping each invested party out of the loop. A common forum where we can settle our differences and debate crises, regarding Bering itself.

Our movements are roomates, admiral. Room-mates need a tenency agreement.

Just a lil' idea we're humming on over. Bering has turned into a free and independent wordzone we're separately enforcin' our rules and doctrines over. Why not consolidate where we can? Bring together a council where civil issues can be discussed without suspicion and regret? This Hellfire Legion do-over pressed the importance home - we were on the edge of mistrustin' each other over a misunderstanding of the full picture. We can't keep each other in the dark any longer.

A common bureaucracy, for a common star system, with intermixing civilian populations. We'll leave our military affairs to our respective courts - but as for hot-subjects such as resource rights, ship construction, and who is cleared to go where, who is protected by who, and who isn't? We need to work that out together. In a common forum.

Just somethin' to think about, Admiral. This isn't the old days where the Unions kicked arse and the Zoners enjoyed their own happy lives, or when Harmony was roaming around Alaska, livin' day-to-day. We're settled together, sharin' common airspace, common patrol zones. Some of that needs consolidation if we're going to save each other headaches.

Think about it. A seperatist republican body of intermixed Bering independent citizens from both Rheinland and Liberty, with divergent foreign policy regarding the control groups, but shared intelligence regardin' system-wide affairs, trade, and enforcement. We clue you in to what we're doing, and you clue in us. Helps us work out little issues like Seperatists not firing on Unioner suppliers, or Unioners not piratin' Harmony's space station suppliers, by having a common approved-personages list. It would also keep us track of infected known to both groups, common manufacturing capacities, and trade goods.

We all square?
