Decree #29/04/825

On the 29/4/802 (825 Sirian date) the High Commissariat for Science and Technological Advancement decided to open the database of research to Coalition public with the view to promote accountability and transparency of the scientific institutions, promote research and development among the population and stimulate the scope of civilian scientific endeavours. With this regard the digital database of over 500,000 articles of the recent years are opened to the public and is named "Cyberkatzinka" in the honour of our great former leader Alvin Katz.

In order to gain access to the repository, a citizen needs to register in the database using their national ID that will provide clearance depending on the position. To the end of countering espionage and leakage of cutting-edge technologies, the access to military-grade articles and secret research will be limited to SCRA, SCEC, Commissariats, Duma Members and top echelons of Industrial Facilities.

This decree is effective from today. The maintenance of the database is to be carried out under the auspices of SCEC.

Improved Heuristic algorithm for automatic shoulderpad gun for interdependent self-targetting

[intent]The article explores the possibilities to allowing shoulderpad gun (АНСУ-МАВ2, АНСУ-КАВ1, АНСУ-ПАГ1) used by Coalition space troopers to automatically lock targets, aim and fire independently from the aiming visor already employed in the military helmets and suggests the technical solution on both software and hardware levels. While previous psychology and neurology studies indicate the limitations of a human brain to aim at to targets at the same time, some scholars in the field of cybernetics propose to connect the gun to the neural system of a soldier to overcome those limitations. This work concentrates on the possibility of integrating an enhanced heuristic visual recognition module in the hardware and software of the combat military helmet to aim and carry out accurate fire without requiring mental focus of a soldier. The paper is of exploratory nature and, based on the recent findings from the wreckage of AI drones, we provides deeper understanding of machine-based heuristic aiming and combined with the advanced augmented reality systems the authors come up with draft blueprints that can be adapted to mass-production. The research is expected to primarily benefit infantry in close-combat situations. The results can also be adapted to enhance the rapid accurate fire of Planetary Defence Systems (PDS) and artillery. The further studies in the field can lead to automatic aiming systems for smaller spacecrafts and UAV. [/intent]

Rapid Artificial Evolution of Crops on Jiangxi: Issues and Perspectives
Access: public
DOI: 12.4901/67

Jiangxi People’s Planetary University of the Order of Lenin

The purpose of the research is to study the spontaneous mutations of previously cultivated crops lost to the wild on planet Jiangxi after the recent bombardment of the Planet. Since then some domesticated crops of both endogenous and exogenous nature have run wild and underwent significant changes. The article explores the acquired and lost features of the agricultural plants in terms of their further usability for processing for the ratios. The authors focus on natural mutation, symbiosis, procreational patterns and impact of radiation and chemical compounds left after the bombardment. The analysis was divided into three parts: observation with accelerated cultivation in laboratory controlled conditions, chemical analysis of the innate fluids and matter, and genetic sequencing of the samples. Previous pre-bombardment literature suggests that the cases of running wild on Jiangxi were rather sporadic albeit rapid. This paper, however, suggests that it is the fallout after the bombardment that caused such unprecedented rate of mutations. The article is to benefit primarily agriculture with the ways of preventing undesired mutations or cultivate advantageous ones, as well as genetic engineering with improved methodology of gene mapping and new proteins for further use in CRISPR technique.

Combined Mechanisation Approach to Irrigation in the Northern Hemisphere of Volgograd: the case of Surovyi peninsula

Alvarez, Jorge (Zhukovsky People’s College); Bezruč, Peter (New Babruysk National University of Applied Sciences, Planet Volgograd)

The paper investigates the practice of combined labour with the use of exoskeletons (IME-v6, IME-v7) as well as multipurpose industrious robots in irrigation in the northern wastes and tundra of Volgograd planet. Based on previous studies of the use of combined exoskeleton labourers and industrial robots for this purpose indicates that human supervision over robots increases the quality of the irrigation system and minimised unnecessary channel extension to at the expense of 15% of project speed. This study develops the practice of combined labour by studying how human presence allows to change project detains “on the go” for more specific tailoring to the needs of local communities and natural conditions. The authors tested the practice in the habitat SPM2-056 with four irrigation teams, the proportion of machines and humans different in each. The experimental model provides strong correlation between the presence of human supervisors and overall productivity with the share of humans varying between 15-35%. Interviewing the labourers and qualitative comparison of channels productivity also yield significant result in favour of combined teams. The study is to benefit agriculture and city building with advanced irrigation and overall can increase the pace of urbanisation in the northern regions.
