Good evening, sir.

I am Felicity Lambert, the de facto liason to the Technology and Grants department of the Bretonian Armed Forces. I am here to initiate a friendly and rewarding partnership between the prestigious University of Cambridge and the T & G. As it is, we are looking for investigators to participate in three different projects that the T & G Research and Development has begun.

Those are Propulsion, Neutrino Fission and Alloy Development. As expected, a full scholarship will be granted to the investigators and all security measures will be enacted to protect both the projects as well the civilians involved in it.

If you so choose a meeting can be arranged with the Head of Reaserch and Development, Dr. Andrew Dagon and the Department CO, Captain William Briggson for a better understanding of what this cooperation entails.

I will be eagerly awaiting your reply.

Miss Felicity Lambert

I will be more than happy to attend a meeting with mister Dagon and Mister Briggson to hear the details of what it is the Bretonian Armed Forces requires of the University. If they will allow it, I will also attend with the deans of Physics and Engineering, they will have a far better understanding of what it is you seek. Please name a date and a location, although the University is always open to such negotiations.

Kind Regards:
Professor William Mortimer
Chancellor
