Mandalorian Mercenaries Recruitment Centre - The Mandalore - 02-16-2009
A Mandalorian Barracks is a Spartan place. Wood and steel. And black uniforms.
Warriors who did not have homes amongst the Bretonians stayed here, and lived simple lives, albeit harsh ones.
And it was here, at the barracks Consul's Office, that new recruits were expected to come and present themselves for training.
We are looking to replenish our ranks. We have individual bounties on a number of targets, and an additional licence to hunt some 10 different factions. Some of those individuals and factions are tough nuts. Needless to say, we need numbers to accomplish our corporate objectives.
You must be able to RP, since PVP can easily be taught, and must also not already be in a bazillion factions. You'll start with a fighter or bomber (preferably both). A Gunboat will be allowed, after promotion. Because of the Merc ID, capitals larger than gunboats are not permitted.
If you are interested and think you have what it takes, post a fitting background story for your character here. Keep in mind that even though the first Mandalorian group isn't original of the Sirius sector, being a Mandalorian doesn't mean you're an alien or something equally odd, it's a concept. We currently have warriors from all around Sirius.

My Name is Zechs "Nero" Czan. I come from a small family on Stuttgart, but like my two brothers, ended up leaving home for the stars beyond. I found myself traveling the spaces with my father, who was a Merc. himself. I learned a lot from him... But one day.. he never came back.
I was 15 at the time... I had to feed, shelter and clothe myself... It was a tough life, but even though my family offered help (My mother and brother Sipher finding a nice life in Cambridge, and my elder brother Nero making a good living trading).. I did it myself.

As I said, my father died when I was only 15... He was the victim of a ruthless and dishonorable man who took my father on a chase through an asteroid field, in which his gang ambushed him... The police found three of the gang's fighters and a gunboat along with my father's scraps. It was thanks to my father that the criminal had to take a detour from his plan and ran into a Liberty patrol.. He got life in prison, and he was also a highly wanted criminal, totaling over 10 Mil on his head, but if I had the chance.. i'd kill him right now. I want to join to prevent these criminal bastards from putting any more people through this nightmare. But i regress...

Financially; My family is very collective with our wealth... Any money one makes is money made for the entire family, (My brother Nero being the key point) And we insist on providing ourselves with most if not all the equipment, thereby lessening the burden on your coffers.
Militaristic...lly; I plan to be a dedicated Merc. who gets the job done, gets paid, and moves on. All for the advancement of the Mandalorian people. I hope to be respected by my fellow Mandalorians, and feared by whoever need be...

I am Andrew 'Gforce' Gee
I was born in Manhatten and served liberty for a short time. after an 'accident ' during my patrol in zone 21 I was forced to flee into the border worlds. Since then i have bought a Stinger fighter but I'm soon changing to a bomber. I have acceptable fighting skills with the ability to take an entire nomad battleship patrol. I know I will serve you to the best of my ability for this could be the home I never had. Anything would be better than living in a freeport when I know I could be doing much better, I hope you give me that opportunity.
