While my knowledge of your group is - limited - to say the least, I'd like to clear a few things up. The extent of Ingenuus' study of Nomad technology is only taking actions to understand how to counter it. Beyond that, we steer clear of that sect of alien research because of its dangers. In short, they're just rumors.
As for your requested meeting, I can do so, but only on correct terms. Should you wish to meet with a delegate, feel free to meet us anytime on the Itherael, one of our two colony ships. As for the rest, well, we can clear things up better in person.
