This is a new faction, hoping to take on the role of Republican Shipping where others have failed.

That's not how you do communications with various factions. There is one forum for it called Communication Channel. Faction subforum should be left for factions to post their own things.

A wonderful, High-RP trade faction that genuinely appears to have goals beyond just making credits. They have a great attitude to unlawful interactions as well.
