It seems that payment systems onboard Bristol were improperly setup, but instead of forcing you to pay out several millions to cover the costs of armaments being delivered, Des Buro has something else on its mind.

We're currently undergoing a re-armament stage and with full honesty our budget is forcing us to get creative. And while this is close to having me experience schadenfreude, Bering has been an unlawful mess of a site to both Law-enforcement and heavily armed criminals and is notorious for being a boneyard to many ships of all kinds. Especially ones of a heavier kind, ja?

Well, its been known that there was an old cruiser variant that tends to be floating unpressurized and found having a slow course of head-diving into the sun for permanent removal. While some criminal groups can't support a ship beyond modifications and repair, we can. While we can obtain some Donau's and potentially Bismark's from the graveyard, they're considered military property until we get approval from the supplier and they tend to charge us beyond our budget capability...

Wunderbar, A most excellent result Frau Taylor, I'd hope that we'd have at least some chance of salvaging a single ship but it seems that we may have the possibility to acquire more than we anticipated too. But we're going to need more detail breakdown of the two 'Hel' class cruisers and several of the Donaus before we start salvage operations, this includes any serial designations, key-compnent conditions and hull integrity.

Please note that the two 'Hel' class cruisers are a priority retrieval effort. Auf wiedersehen.

Don't worry about the Unioners, they seem to distracted and broken after their pitiful attempt at Veirlande and after their defeat from the Red-Hessian betrayal; But we shall still send in a security fleet to enforce operations there. Das Buro has already contacted ALG prior to this transmission. You should be expecting some contact from them very soon concerning some salvage work.

As of currently the Agency relies on a middleman to ensure storage of materials that we can not obtain ourselves to ensure a diplomatic issue doesn't arise between houses merely caused by our presence. We've noted that some modular facilities of yours are in a prime location to harbour supplies needed critically for us, as such we are requesting if Harmony could provide us with storage capabilities in return for a bi-monthly monetary compensation, Ja? I think 50 million credits sounds quite nice in your position although this can be negotiated.

We have examined our options and decided to lease space at Bristol, as that would draw less attention as you correctly pointed out.

I would like to hear if Hauptkommissar Oberhauser's bimonthly monetary offer for 30,000 metric meters of cargo space is acceptable by Harmony. While there are many available warehouses in Bering system, Direktor Enfield insists that we should first consider your offers as our long and trusted partners.
