who are currently in the middle of a taxing internal struggle of the Rheinland government.

I am glad to see you have come to EFL in your time of need.

What is happening in Rheinland is a dark note indeed, Gallia is only just recovering from our own civil war so trust me when I say I feel their pain. Thankfully, we were in mass production of Bio-Stability monitors during the war so we have plenty of stock standing by. While produced on Planet Amiens they are distributed from Oerlikon Stellar Observatory in Zurich. I will have the requested allotment of supplies set aside for Kishiro Technologies so that you will get what is needed. Additionally, if you would send me a copy of the bill I will refund you the cost of the product. Profiting off of the suffering of others is not something I would like EFL to be know for doing.
