[WTB] New Ass for Ranseur - Hokan - 04-21-2020
Hello, I'm looking for a modeler who would like to take a crack at making a new ass for the Ranseur.
If you're not aware of what the current thruster looks like for the Ranseur, its just one giant thruster with a large number of design flaws.
I would like to see if it can be redesigned to incorporate a seven or nine thruster set-up, @Lucas says its impossible. However, I think not!
For illustrative purposes, grapes on the vine is what I'd propose be the set up of the thruster arrangement at the back. I'm bad at blender and made a mess trying a nine thruster style, with a general circle.
Will buy, with credits, a good model to prove @Lucas wrong.
P.S If this thread is in the wrong place mods, move it please!

I dont understand, i wouldnt mind a giant ass, even if it had some disign flaws.
I mean, you cant be too picky if your an old fart like me, lol.

Damn, I love that spiral design. But it doesn't really suit the rest of the ship. The second 4x4 design really mirrors the cross-shaped bow of the Ranseur. It has my hypothetical vote.

My thought was, that spiral lid was supposed to spin, depending on how fast the ship is moving. Felsvar is really good at modelling, I'm sure he'll come up with something awesome

OOF, those are really good.
I like the spiral design like toaster mentioned, I think it might be the wrong ship for it. Maybe a good one for a Gammu AI BCr? :d

That would be a pretty cool animation, I feel like a ship needs to have that now.
