[PoB] Matter Replicator - darkwind - 09-22-2020

Intro: This time I am coming to PoB recipe problem. PoBs were made in times when hyper trading was allowed for 5k ships and even barges which were equal to multiple 5k ships(20k cargo or more?). Situation was changed, recipe were not changed. This solution suggests how to decrease pob cargo transportation and turning into money wasting.

Description: I suggest creating new module 'Matter Replicator', which will allow to convert credits (or especially expensive super fuel (like Liquid Matter)) into resources you want.

Module Matter Replicator will be available to be built if you have Core 2 and at least 3 cargo storage modules (or we can make it available only from Core 3)

There will be three categories of resources:

Green area for pob repairs and module crating, small price for replication.
Orange area for module and device crafting, medium price for replication
Red area for device crating, expensive price for replication or non-replicable.

Recipes would be parallely reworked to fit the idea.

Effect: Players would be wasting money instead of going crazy with amount of transport hauling which was meant for jump trading

Effect #2: As you see from new prices for repair materials. You can repair slowly but cheap, or in a fast way but more expansive

Example: How module will work:

ordered 50'000 reinforced alloy for 50'000'000 credits(or fuel equal to this amount of credits), time passes required to process it (hours or smth), you get it.
ordered 50'000 optronic arrays for 250'000'000 credits, time passes required to process it (hours or smth), you get it.

We can build only one matter replicator, it will allow us regulate easily speed of replicating materials.

Comment: This will be a big step in eliminating problem which was big and unchanged for a lot of time since big transport jump trading was forbidden. And I am ready to do code work and recipe rework for it, to make it gone.
