Good morning,

I come to you in behalf of The Seraphim.

We are a small group, affiliated with the Zoner Consensus, dedicated to working in humanitarian causes and crisis situations where immediate health care and support are needed. At this time, we've been focusing our efforts in Munich, back on Rheinland, but support for other planets such as Sprague have been more than a part of our day-to-day tasks.

As such, I would like to request clearance for medical equipment, namely through the Medical License. Med-Stasis Bands needs are high, specially in Freeport 8's area, and I'm certain that having access to Stabiline shipments would significantly improve our chances of success on the future, wherever we might be needed. I have been contracted to arrange a series of licenses for the independent Transport vessel Tonnammar, currently contracted under Borderworld Exports as a freelance grand-shipper. The vessel requires a N-BEW license, for purposes of a small onboard exhibit of archeological artifacts, with options for future shipments, a Military Material License, for what I am told is an extensive security apparatus, including two military vehicles, and store of light arms and other armaments, in excess of five cubic meters of cargo, and of course, options for future shipping. Additionally, they are applying for a Medical License and a Tau Trading License, for purposes of future contracts.

Hey there. Kyle Morris, Octavarium Mercantile Guild. Got approval from the Ministry of Finance for this.

Natio Octavarium is applying for Corporation-scale licensing for Tau Trade, Military Material, and Medical shipments. Somewhat unusual, I'll admit, but the numbers line up - Universal employs more people than we do.

As you all probably know, we've re-settled in the Taus, necessitating the first. And much of the Guild's work is supplying the allied warfront against Gallia, thus the other two. And, realistically, we need to keep ourselves safe and healthy as well. The Taus aren't exactly the safest of places.

Twenty-five, twenty, fifteen. Sixty million in total.

Samura Heavy Industries has been conducting a lot of business with Bretonia as of late and has managed to become quite invested with a few projects helping local businesses expanding their operations as well as foreign interests that require goods from Bretonia proper. As such we wish to fulfill our requirements to both these patrons as well as our obligation to the Kingdom of Bretonia in moving licensed goods. Due to the varied business requirements we have with your kingdom and our associates, we are applying for all licenses except the Tau Embargo Licence as we have no interest in moving goods from Bretonia towards your enemies.

To be clear, Samura Heavy Industries would like to apply for the following licenses:
