Liberty holds no authority over the Core, the Core Force, or any of the Omicron systems whatsoever. Liberty is irrelevant. Your ownership structure is irrelevant. You are being held responsible.
We are attaching clear evidence that your organization and/or your reporters have been indeed present in the jurisdiction of The Core and Core Force, those parties and your organization will be held responsible and a warrant will be issued should you fail to pay the issued fine.

This is how articles starts, by indicating where in Sirius this happened, not the presence of a reporter, and even less live. Each reporter is independent in their work. This is the truth for, other, outlets as well.

However once again, you clearly complain to the company - Independent News Broadcast, LLC - about the violation of your laws, laws that we acknowledge their existence and respect. We ask you kindly not to ridicule yourself more and abort this legally dubious procedure, and learn to live with the difficult knowledge of life not bending to your will, even with the biggest gunnery or battleships.
