Respected Zoners,
With regret I inform you of following incident I am about to describe which happened at Omicron Delta' Freeport. In this incident three "Zoners" Saronsen-"Paradise", Cpt. Izzi and Eanai.Trela opened fire on Apocalypse Wing on which, of course we had to retaliate. I will describe what these "persons" did, how they acted and how they threatened us in general. I will mention it now, and will probably mention it again, that I WILL PROVIDE PROOFS attached to this message of great importance so I could properly present that I will not give false arguments and that I will be telling the truth and ONLY the truth. Also, I would like to call upon all Zoners to which I talked with prior to this incident to speak up and to confirm hostility that I described to the them, and which Saronsen shown towards me in the past. Proofs and also these confirmations will provide common sense to all Zoners who are not familiar with these facts. Above all, it will confirm that I am not a liar.
Background informations: 3 days ago, while I was docking at Freeport in order to buy pharmaceuticals, Saronsen opened fire at me firing 2 mortars. He did that in NFZ, on 2 k distance to be more precise, only AFTER firing at me he told me that I can't dock. He provided no good reason, except the one I that I can not dock (how creative). I WILL POINT OUT that back then I DID NOT FIRE BACK!!! After I undocked, he started giving me trouble about me owning Zoner weapons aboard my vessel. I told him (and to other Zoner whom he also called, 1 of 3 running candidates for Council Chairman position, I really can not remember the name. I just think, although I am not sure that name of his/her vessel was - Syros) that his approach is aggressive and, if necessary, I will remove Zoner turrets if one of the respected, known Zoners tell me to do so.
Yev.Lightwing was there (I hope I spelled this name correctly) who will confirm that I acted like I just described in this paragraph.
2 days ago, while I was trying to dock at FP after taking heavy damage by Core wing, Saronsen did and said NOTHING while hunters finished me 1,5 k from station. I humbly request from hunters who fought against me to confirm this story. It is an odd request but you got to have in mind, Hunters, that I never filed a complaint against you regarding this act. Little thing you can do for me, for those who participated in destruction of Apocalypse Now in that battle, is to CONFIRM that I am telling the truth about my vessel being destroyed in NFZ and Saronsen's inactivity.
Why am I asking you to do this because cmdr. of Persephone was, I think, too far at that moment so I do not think I can get her confirmation, although I am not yet sure.
Yesterday Jinx informed me that I CAN own Zoner turrets. Important fact. I hope Jinx will confirm this fact as soon as possible because me owning Zoner turrets WAS one of the reasons while Saronsen and Eanai. Trela opened fire at us.
So, 2 hours ago, I was trying, AGAIN, to dock at Delta FP when Saronsen fired mortar at me. AGAIN I did not fire back. He started AGAIN giving me trouble about me docking at FP, and about me owning Zoner turrets. I told them, of course, that I was told that I can, LIKE EVERYONE ELSE who is not hostile to Zoners (what I double-checked) dock at FP at any given time and I have gotten approval for using Zoner turrets. He insisted that I unmount them and that I remove myself from NFZ (in which I never fired a shot). After many threats by him, me and 2 members of APO wing (Apocalypse Apollo and Apocalypse Slayer, bomber and GS) went on 5.2 k. Then, Saronsen, along with Eanai. Trela (and backed up by presence of Cpt Izii who also talked gibberish as well) then told us to go to 15k distance from FP, which was by then SECOND DEMAND of making distance, and along with "Unmount those turrets or...", third DEMAND/ORDER given by these individuals. Many threats were spoken.
This is really shameful... Then they attacked us, beginning firing at us in NFZ and battle started. Irony. Do I need to say that we disabled Saronsen's juggernaught, that APO Apollos' vessel was destroyed and that we stop firing when Saronsen engaged cruise and ran away like real coward? Heh. Probably irrelevant although I mentioned it now, proudly.
What will you do now and will you anything to these 3 individuals who shamefully presented Zoners in this incident? That is up to you. If you don't do anything... I will be really disappointed. I know many Zoners will support me but I do not doubt if hostile intentions will be taken by some others towards APO wing as well. I was enraged! Furious! You will also see that in proofs I will provide. I am not running away from that. I could not believe they would treat someone like this. Hypocritical, unfair! It is not like we are criminals! WE DID NOTHING WRONG! We did not deserve to be treated like this. Many of you do not know, but mrs. Salome, Doc and Frank Zamboni will confirm you that APO Wing offered help when Zoners had troubles with Smokeone Familia. That only acknowledges how we RESPECT Zoners and how we would, unlike many others who are trying to just use you, have given something back in return of using your stations and equipment. This is what we get in return?
Study proofs carefully! And please, all those whose confirmations I asked for - provide it and elaborate it, and speak only truth, of course.
In the end, let me just correct myself... With all due respect, if you do not take disciplinary actions against Saronsen, Eanai.Trela and Cpt. Izii, you have my word that WE WILL. And trust me, I do want that to happen. Also, I would like them to publicly APOLOGIZE to us and to admit their wrongdoing.

Confirmed.
Although I would say that you acted just barely more mature than the champs piloting that Juggernaut. Just barely because you also taunted and did not act much more professionally.
However, I will grant you that you had no right to be fired upon by Zoners without having broken the NFZ Policies. The only rule which you may have broken is using FP11 as a base of operation. But evidence of that were not submitted to anyone and as far as I can see, you were engaged for carrying Zoner turrents, which does not count as breaking NFZ.
I apologize that you were fired upon but you must be aware that many Zoners do not appreciate you using our turrents to attack our allies. Jinx said that you can mount Zoner turrents and legaly that's true. But as far as common curtesy goes, it does not help our relations with the Order when you're using our own technology against them.
I hope this clarifies some things.

They can't order us to go on 15 k from FP without good reason. Can I give it you more simple than that? You are missing essential point here. It's about us, they can't do that to anyone who is not endangering station. Was there a reason? Did we present threat? No way. But read this 10 hours after, I'm sure many confirmations will be presented.
By the way... what would YOU do on my place that in 2 occasions your were hit by mortar and unsoundly warned after, being insulted as well, and that only wrong thing you did was just docking? What would you do? "Hey, it's ok... Just keep on firing at me and do whatever you want... it's your Freeport, you own it, you bought it, shoot at me whenever you please." That is ok? Answer me this.

I swear we don't use FP as a base of operations. We just dock there for supplies and we go to 7-10 all the time. We're stationed at Primus, that's a fact.
Thank you for being honest, Yev Lightwing, and you don't have to apologize for anything. You did nothing wrong by all standards.

One more thing I want to mention is that in a case like this, when a Zoner guarding a station gives you orders and his orders aren't challanged by other Zoners, you have to vacate the area. Even if he provides you little to no explaination.
Under Section III, Paragraph B, Point 5 of the Zoner Policies:

If you feel that Saronsen's orders for you to vacate the area are unreasonable you should make a formal complaint. However, at the time that orders are given to you, you have to follow them. C'est la vie.

Aaa... He fired at me FIRST on both occasions, and only AFTER he started giving me orders by threatening me? Isn't that THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT??? No polite approach? Do you prefer to be threatened? You don't have to answer me this. I'm sure you don't like it.
More questions... How come you never gave me that order? How come no one ever did? That's because 80-90% of Zoners act like Zoners. These individuals brought shame on all of you. Don't you see personal grudge behind this?
He threatened, they all did, they engaged me, they lost the battle. That's how it goes with me. I used them against themselves. People just don't realize: the more they treat me unfairly, MORE EFFICIENT in battle I am. If they had more caps with them, we'd take out all of them - that's how much I despise lies and deceits.
Men with pure dignity will understand what I am talking about.
