08.11.818 - 15:30-17:20 - patrol upheld. During patrol, twelve transports passing through New Berlin were inspected. One transport with military venichles intredicted and forced to pay fine.

Furthermore, tradelane check detected one of those Red Hessian Army "officers" shooting our fellow officers, who couldn't communicate with us because they had their attention concentrated on fight. One wrong move, and they'd be destroyed by him, as he was flying in "Odin". Although during the fight he was trapped into nuke "ambush", and destroyed. I find chances of survival in such explosion exceptionally low, and fact I ddin't find escape pod just backs me up. Then I had to land on New Berlin, due to certain issues within ship.

Here comes the partol report for 10th of November 818,
Today an Advanced Train with callsign Tsukikage and Kujiro Whale with callsign Billy_Mays - both with Gas Miners Guild papers - were intercepted by me at New Berlin orbit. The abovementioned ships were carrying thousands of crates full of Gaian animals and had false documents. The transports somehow manually launched tradelane after emergency shotdown and attempted to run.

I took another way and intercepted them in Frankfurt system at Mainz Storage facility. Tsukikage was attempting to run several times and finally his ship was destroyed after attempt number five. Billy_Mays used to escape the area since I was the only Polizei officer performing the arrest, but later arrived at Maintz and resisted the arrest. Finally he declared that he will not let me get him alive and cruised his Kujiro Whale into Stullingen surface.

The current situation with Gaian Wildlife smuggling is unpleasant since smugglers usually attempt to use false papers in such occasions. I recommend to share this report with Gas Miners Guild administration and Bretonian Police Authority as well.

I signed on duty to look for possible war material exporters. As soon as I undocked from Mainz, a pilot with military vehicles in hold shows up with a call sign Esval_Grant.

I ordered it to pay a fine of 1.000.000 and drop the cargo immeadietly. He agreed on it all and then left the scene after cargo drop and fine paid.

In the mean time, I got an urgent distress call from a federal polizei pilot call sign AB-17-4."Daniel". He was attacked by a vicious pirate call sign The.Jackal on the trade lane to Mannheim station <-> New Berlin jumpgate. I jumped in to help the polizei pilot and the pirate was soon destroyed. The explosion of the pirate vessel unfourtunately destroyed the escape pod of the pirate and he wasn't captured. Altough, after the destruction, my Ragnar picked up a signal sending encrypted messages with the // tag on them. It might have been that the pilot survived somehow. We didn't stay to investigate it and returned to Mannheim station.

Closely after that, an Interspace vessel call sign Vortex filled with Niobium ore closed in. We stopped it for a regular check, but the kaptain was stupid and attempted to use a tradelane while scanned. I issued a fine of 1.000.000 credits. Somehow, the kaptain paid 2.000.000, could I take that as a possible bribe attempt? Anyway, I sent 50% of the fine money to the bundespolizei fund bank (1.500.000).

I'd also thank military vessel RNC-Mannheim for assistance with the Interspace vessel.

Took some time to the polizei to set me a new ship after the last one was destroyed by Red Hessians and Volksfront.

To the point... I launched from New Berlin, meeting with Detektiv Walther Neumann and Renate Bommel. We started to patrol the New Berlin system.

Soon, we spotted a military Valkyrie call sign Erich

We asked the pilot for identification data, it showed the pilot as a mercenary. The pilot claimed to have been granted permissions to fly the Valkyrie by the commander of battleship Westfalen in Hamburg. We did not know, was this the truth, but we couldn't check the information. We had to let the pilot go...this time.

After that situation, we picked up a military personel flying a Mjornir, call sign Star_March.

We asked him if the Inspekteur der Polizei had given a permission for it. Unfourtunately, all we got was "Wt?" and he attempted to engage tradelane sequence. Ofcourse, the polizei academy taught us about Wilde agents and their ability not to talk. We thought it was a Wilde agent and destroyed the thing. In the middle of the shooting, we heard a sound or a sentence, showing aggressiveness towards us. The dictionary decleared it as an ancient Sol sentence (to disappear, go away). It began with the letter F.

Guten Tag...Today was a short day due to matters undisclosed but I was able to catch a zoner pilot moving Illegal software past Mainz...He claimed he was taking it to an undisclosed location for disposal and refused to drop it when ordered.

Despite all talks with him to have his vessel spared, after he tried to cruise away from my vessel multiple times, I had no choice but to remove and destroy his cargo by force...Aside from that, multiple RHA and Volsfront sightings, but nothing hostile from them.

Yesterday my Eagle fighter class ship was successfully deployed at 23.00 GMT. I perfomed my first patrol around Hamburg system. Pretty motivating, I think. I found a Rheinland civilian ship near Alster Shipyard which was carrying 9 Unioner pilots. I kindly asked for them in order to release those criminals in Vierlande Prison.

Minutes later, I encountered a Libertonian Gunboat class vessel fighting some rookies of the Military near Planet Hamburg. When the Libertonian spotted me, he felt cornered and decided to dive into planet's atmosphere. Easy job.

Today I received a transmission from Wachmann Fritz Reussner. We halted an independent trader near Mainnheim Station. It was hauling military vehicles without any permission, though he claimed an officer of the Military (Cpt. Von~Ritter) gave him permission. We demanded the trader to release the cargo and pay the fine, but he refused. A member of the Military secondary fleet, Alize Grieshop, helped us to disable the trader's ship. Nothing relevant.

In our way back to New Berlin, Oberst Maynard joined us. We moved to Planet New Berlin's orbit. Seconds later, another trader showed up. It was carrying Gaian Wildlife, but this one complied, paid the fine and released the cargo in the planet.

Additional to Wachmann Reussners report:

I patroled later ze Frankfurt-system to catch some military commodity smugglers comming from Munich.
I catched noone, but an other strange thing happened:

I was controling ze traffic to Kusari at Mainz and I got a new contact "Blast". This vessel was a Bretonia heavy fighter. I odered him to stop and explain his beeing there. I got nothing, he activated his cruise engines. After a disruptor missle I scanned him and found nothing, no indentification papers. He tried again to run. No response -> seems like a spion. So I used uncivilised methods.

Some minutes later ze next ship with the same transponder name appears. Again, no papers. I followed them to Mannheim. There were also some hessian patrols. Both, ze "Blast" and ze hessians tryied to take me down. After ze bretonian fired and drained more then ze half of my shield, I reenganged.

Some minutes later, I got a new contact... "Blast." but there were also a new one: a heavy bretonia gunboat. I ordered him to leave. But ze gunboat refuses to comply. He wanted to pickup his friend "Blast". My suspicion was affirmed, a spion.

I know when I see one BAF-warship, ze others aren't far away. So I required some assistance from Halle, Kadett Ewald Nussbaum answered. Then ze Gunboat began to move; into munich system. Ze Kadett was to far away so I followed him alone. I caught up at ze Battleship Regensburg. Ze warship began to dock. I hope they are arrested.

I got a new contact which was carrying war material. I ordered him to drop them, he ask wheter he is allowed to bring them back. I granted permission.

After all that, ze "Blast" appears again. But now with civilian ID cards, but still silent. I let him pass to Frankfurt. Ze Kadett fired and ze smuggler/spion/invader fired at him. But I think he was no problem.

After all I continues ze traffic control. I saw a samura-tanker which was carrying some of our ores. Ze pilot said ze ship type has many cargo space so it's quite good for transporting ores. His papers were ok so he was allowed to proceed.


Last but not least I met ze Mjolnir Star_March again in New-Berlin, but with right identification papers.

Here comes the partol report for 13th of November 818,
Today was the day when Bundespolizei shown the high professionalism of its pilots and effecience of its methods of solving everyday problems of Rheinland. There is no need to say more, but I strictly recommend to give a bonus in the end of month to all the pilots that were on duty today. I will separate report to paragraphs since it may become a big one.

§1. Violators of Rheinland Space. Today Bundespolizei forces intercepted and disabled a Bounty Hunters Guild Core Battlecruiser between second and fourth gates of New Berlin - Dorthmund trade lane. That ship clearly violated paragraph 4 subparagraph 4 of Rheinland Independent Laws and Regulations as well as mentioned his own attempts to illegally obtain Rheinland military technology. With a green ligh from Rheinwehr the Battlecruiser was destroyed. (#1, #2, #3, #4)
§2. Violators of Rheinland Space. Liberty Gunboat recognised as the unit that belong to Liberty Navy has attempted to break through the New Berlin to planet Holstein in Frankfurt system. We don't know what its captain had for an object. The vessel was finally intercepted and disabled at Holstein orbit. (#1, #2)
§3. Numerous attempts to violate regulations in sphere of trading and shipping goods.
§3.1 Hegemon with transmittor malfunction that attempted to move Engine Components to Liberty. Rerouted to Omega-7. (#1, #2)
§3.2 Heron that tried to move Engine Components to Liberty. Attempted to escape Polizei forces several times. Was fined One Million Credits. Disabled after the pilot denied to provide Polizei with his documents and licenses on his cargo. (#1, #2, #3, #4)
§3.3 Universal-affilated transport and his escort piloting Liberty-produced military vessel. (#1, #2, #3)
§3.4 Border Worlds Transport involved in numerous violations of Rheinland Laws including slave trading, attempts to break the embargo, numerous attempts to escape Polizei forces and usage of fake documents. His vessel was disabled several times. He was fined Ten Millions Credits and delivered to Vierlande for future investigation. (#1, #2, #3, #4)

I would like to make a little announcement or more a request.
All the smugglers of Gaian animals, plants or other biological materials from the planet exept the researchers with proper authorisation have to be detained for interrogation. Collect as much information as possible - names, numbers, routes. I suspect that they could bribe some Bundespolizei or Rheinwehr members since roaming around the tradelane system with a full load of contraband is too much. Continue the good work.

After reading Detective Walther Neumann's announcement of the transportation of Gaian nature, I launched to space to patrol the New Berlin system.

As soon as I launched, I spotted a vessel that was frequently used by pirates. I halted it for a cargo scan. It was carrying Gaian animals.

He wasn't so eager to obey the bundespolizei and attempted to engage cruise speed. Luckily, I had my Mini Razor dismounted for a cruise distruptor and managed to get in range of it. It was clear, the kaptain of the vessel would rather die before giving out any information. I fired on him some warning shots, and I got fired back. Then I fully engaged the transport with my fighter. On one point, the kaptain seemed to attempt surrendering. But his intentions was to get me off guard and fire his weapons on me. I did evasive manuevers and quickly re-engaged the vessel. The vessel was destroyed after that and the Gaian animals were killed in the open space.
