Despite the LMC having naval roots, the hierarchy structure is more similar to that of the Army;

Liberty Marine Corps Starfighter Command
Rank structure and requirements

The LMC, unlike the LN, employs NCO in its Starfighter structure. The lowest NCO to be able to receive its wings are Lance Aviators, usually after having spent time serving in a role of airborne technician or copilot.

NCO aviators
Lance Aviator (LAvt): Lowest enlisted personnel capable to obtain wings.
Aviator (Avt): LAvt are promoted to Avt after 2 weeks of active flight service time, as well as having filled in at least 2 debrief report under his or her name.
Flight Sergeant (FSgt): FSgt rank can be reached after Avt have proven themselves reliable of command duty, at the recommendation of 2nd Lt and above. Must have filled at least 6 debrief reports under his or her name.

Commissioned Officer
Junior Flight Officer (JFO): Lowest officer to have wings. Must have graduated from the Academy, or proven exemplary achievements as a FSgt. Must have the recommendation of Cpt and above.
Flight Officer (FO): JFO are promoted to FO after 3 weeks of active flight service, as well as having filled in at least 5 debrief report under his or her name.
2nd Lieutenant (2nd Lt): officers are promoted to 2nd Lt after 1 months of active flight service as FO, after having filled in at least 10 debrief report under his or her name.
1st Lieutenant (1st Lt): officers are promoted to 1st Lt on recommendation of Cpt and above. They must have at least 15 debrief report under his or her name.

Story: Ramirez was born out of Galveston State on Planet Houston. Coming from a military tradition, Ramirez's family was a no-nonsence type of family. As soon as Alex was born his father already began making plans for his son's military career. At the age of 10 he enlisted Alex in a private military school and Alex went on to excel in his education, being the top rank in his class. Authorities on the Battleship Mississipi found Ramirez's prestigous accomplishments and offered him to enroll in the Naval Academy. His family tradition and honor in the back of his mind, Ramirez gladly accepted and went through extensive training during his stay on the battleship, learning the fundamentals of duty and service. Ramirez did not want to let his family down, and in a short while Ramirez was already ranking top in simulation training and mental tests. He flew with the Regular Naval forces and he eventually reached the rank of Lt. Commander. However, The establishment and the granduer of the recently formed Liberty Marine Corps grasped Ramirez's mind. Bio:

Named after my father's cousin (a renouned bomber ace of the Kreigsmarine), on planet Stugartt. I spent my early life working on Stutgart's many farms, My family was not succeeding well. Both my father, and mother worked many shifts to try and get by, but nothing seemed enough. In the early stages of the "Nomad War" My father was seized by Military officials on false charges of Treason, before they could do the same to myself or my mother we feld to Liberty.

After moving To liberty I started working odd jobs, and my mother took ill. I began working as a Ground Based Security Guard for DSE. I learned to shoot here. I spent as much spare time as I could learn new Hand-to-hand combat styles and parcticed my marksmanship, so I could increase my pay bracket and move into space-oriented escort kjobs which paid sgifinigcatly more. As my mother was still Ill, this was my only option.Two years after the "nomad war" I managed to achive this position and began training. Unfortunetly it was too late and my mother passed shortly there after. After finishing my basic training I decided to try something new, a quit DSE. I used the bluk of my fund to purchase a BYC-Marauder from a retired flight instructor.

Since then, I've wandered Liberty and her borders picking up escort contracts, and collecting the odd bounty and modifying the Marauder I still own. My modifications of this Carft have been extensive, and this ship opperates at approximetly 150% what a standard Maraduer operates at. The point I'm trying to make here is that my knowledge of ships and repairing them are second-to-none. Also my knowledge of Liberty's trade routes and "back doors" is uparraled thanks to my experince as a Escort pilot. I am now looking at the LMC as a way to give to a nation whom saved my life, many years ago. I see the LMC as the foremost, and uppermost skill set in Siruis. And that is why I belong here.
