Greetings BAF and Cryer.
I am currently holed up freeport 1 awaiting a reply here. This is my current ship manifesto:

Now I'm asking for a once off special dispensation license to move the above goods through Bretonia as well as 70 human organs. Note the 70 military vehicles.
We are also requesting 70 human organs from Cryer Pharmaceuticals to be delivered to me in Omega-3.
While I could have simply gone to your bases to purchase these I dont want to buy anything that might be priority. We need these organs for research purposes and not to save human lives so I would appreciate an array of organs that are -not- needed by citizens of Sirius. For this service we are willing to donate 5 million sirius credits to your organization.
You may be wondering why I am sending this to both of your organizations. Its simply because I want everything to be above board here and not to be questioned if the organs were acquired by more..dodgy methods. We would like both of your organizations to see that we have no dodgy purpose here.
BAF: The military vehicles are to be used for research purposes and not to be used against anyone militarily. The organs are also for research purposes. We need the military vehicles to do research remotely in an area where it is not safe for normal humans to go. Hence why I am also carrying Bio-neural Processors. The two items are supposed to be used together.
Should you request it we will de-arm all weapons off the vehicles for the duration of the voyage.
If there is a fee associated to getting a once off license to move military vehicles and organs through bretonia we would be too happy to pay for the license. Naturally we would prefer if the money was used towards a charity but that is your decision and not ours.
Simply send me the Id you wish the transfer to be wired to.

Needless to say again these goods are for a research expedition of which the nature is classified however what I can tell you is the research is not into anything Militant.

Although you have mentioned that the human organs which you require are not used for military research, I am afraid that we will need more specific information regarding on how they are going to be used and how they are going to be disposed of before even considering their shipment. Do feel free to reveal a little more non essential aspects such as the nature and goal of your research, anything is better than "classified".

If you do not want us to know your plans then, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with those organs since they are hazardous materials which can act as carriers for lethal viruses and diseases. Health and Safety is the most important principle of our operation.

To reiterate, the answers we want are as follows:

- How are the organs going to be used?
- How will the organs be stored and contained?
- Is the personnel handling the organs trained professionals meeting the Sirius Health and Safety Standards?

To answer your questions:

- How are the organs going to be used?
We will be doing some research in a very intense area of radiation. The researchers on location currently would like the organs to study the effects of this radiation and to what respect we could get a person to the area. We are attempting to... extract something that is radioactive. While we plan to use robotics to do this we need to understand what the effects on the human body would be. Hence we would prefer organs or low or no priority. We do wish to deprive any lives here sir.
- How will the organs be stored?
I was planning to fit my shire out with a refrigerated sealed section in which to place the organs. The packaging would be your standards. Individually packaged of course.
- Is the personnel handling the organs trained professionals meeting the Sirius Health and Safety Standards?
No. Initially we had planned to allow the researchers just keep them in sealed containers. If you prefer we could discuss with you hiring three of four of staff you might have let off or who recently retired for this special commission.
- Where is the research being carried out?
I'm sorry but I am not at liberty to say
- Is the facility in which the research is carried out qualified according to the Sirius Health and Safety Standards?
Due to the effects of the intense radiation we planning to experience the vessel we are planning to do the research from is an argus class vessel to protect the crew. These ships have a history of being deep space explorers and are hardened to the effects of radiation. This again is to protect the crew. If you have a spec sheet that you require or if you need to inspect the ship we will swing it past your labs for an inspection.
- How will the organs be disposed of?
To be frank here sir we were planning on putting them into a container and jettisoning them into the nearest star after ensuring there was nothing on long range scanners. If you wish for us to dispose of them in an alternate means we would be too happy to comply.

This matter is of some urgency to us and I can fully understand the need to ensure your goods and interests are protected. We would be too happy to comply to your standards.

I have recently received some information from my friend Inspector Calbub indicating that you are looking for a delivery of human organs, 70 cases to be exact.

He tells me that your responses to the standard questionnaire were sufficient for us to supply class R3 organs, which consist of fully functional research-grade internal organs with performance ratings identical to those grown naturally in unmodified humans. The research grade is to signify that some of the connective areas have been altered along with the tissue itself being grown in a blood type that is not compatible with humans, to ensure that these will not end up being implanted in any patients. Since Felix tells me that you are studying the response of the tissue to various levels and types of radiation, this will be perfect for your needs.

The organs will come in their own sterile containers which simply need to be kept in a refrigerated environment. Since you are not implanting these organs into anything or anyone we do not require any of our personnel to oversee the operations, which is exactly why we have created the research grade. Be advised that we will provide certified sterile and disease-free organs, and these custom-grown organs have our own ... identifying aspects ... which can be used to track them if it were to be found that they were used to spread disease. We do our best to make sure that there is as little chance as possible for anything harmful to happen, but once they leave our custody it is your responsibility to keep them safe. Were these to cause harm, we would be able to trace them to you and it would not be a good situation for you and your organization. We keep records of all transactions which are kept strictly confidential as long as nothing illegal happens, but we would provide it to the appropriate law enforcement agencies were they to require it. Again, this is just our standard legal disclaimer.

I will place the order with our organs department whenever you wish, at which point they will be ready for delivery within 24 hours, though in most cases it will be much less. Unfortunately the supply of organs at CRS is devoted entirely to internal research and medical uses, but we will be able to send a shipment down from another of our research stations.

I must tell you your message comes with a great deal of relief on my part.

I will be moving the Tanzanite to Atland shipyard nearby in Omega 3 to have a refrigerated unit fitted. I estimate this will take roughly 6 hours as it presents a more than opportune time for myself and my crew to get a lil shut eye.

If it could be delivered to us here it would be much appreciated as I am still awaiting authorization from the BAF.
I also need a designated ID to wire the money to. That is of course if the 5 Million is still sufficient I opened this channel between yourselves and the BAF simply to illustrate that everything we are doing here is completely above board and there is nothing "fishy" about our practices here.

Sadly I am not at liberty to mention their designation. I can tell you however that they are going nowhere near Leeds. If you wish you can escort the Tanzanite to cortez as that's where these goods will be exiting Bretonia feel free to do so.
We are planning on stripping the vehicles of all weapons regardless as we do not need them. They will be fitted with mining equipment

To answer on what they will be used for. We are conducting research in a very radioactive sensitive area. We are not able to send people as the radiation will be far too intense.
IF you look at my Manifesto again you will see there are Bio-neural processors are part of how we plan to control these vehicles remotely after they have been fitted appropriately.

As we are treating the information as classified I am not able to say.
I will be donating these vehicles to the IMG on atland shipyard. I imagine with some minor modifications they could use them as a rapid goods transit or some such.
I didn't want to do this but we will then acquire these vehicles out of bretonia. It seems my attempts at remaining civil and trying to keep all of this above board are only met with unreasonable behavior and I regret wasting my time.
Don't take this the wrong way Mister Redwood I am not threatening you here. I just have to look into alternate ways to get hold of said vehicles and before accusations fly I'm not talking about smugglers here. There are other means of acquiring such goods legally.

I'm sorry, but since when did a corporation have the right to say whats classified and whats not?

Also, I'll have you know that I've kept civil this entire time, until you decided to play all big and bad by going against what I've personally requested, in a civil manner. Sense I'm such a civil person, I'll be talking to the Director as to find a civil way to deal with this so called 'Corporate Higher Authority' that will take a civil decision as to removing you in a civilized manner from this civilized space.

As I said, I don't flab my gums for my health, nor do I play games. I asked a simple civilized question and I was expecting a simple civilized answer, though it seems we have to go to rational lengths to do Bretonia a favor.
