Good day gentlemen, my name is Henry Noxville, I am a Mercenary from Liberty, and I would like to 'place myself' within Bretonia. I am sick and tired of new kids pretending they are the law, I have decided to come to Bretonia to simply assist your military forces where and when possible. I am a friend of Captain Mountbatten, the Captain of HMS-Litany.Of.Fire , and that you could use the man power. I know this 'transaction' could destroy my reputation with Kusari, who cares? Though I am not willing to put my life on the line, but I more than keen to fight along side your men.
I am currently docked on Leeds, in a hotel suite awaiting your reply. You can come and visit me personally; room 198, or do the traditionally way ( which I prosume you will ) through Nuetral Net.
I have a ship, and a weapon setup, nothing is required, give me a target, give me permission, and give me a 'lil 'dosh' on the side, and I think we could be best of friends.

Keep in mind, we here in Bretonia 'pretend we are the law' as well. There are things we won't tolerate, just like Liberty doesn't.
As for your operating as a mercenary here, there is no law against it. Check the official Admiralty Bounty Board for details on targets you can collect on. Follow the procedures.

Sir,
The offer to place yourself in Bretonia to assist the Armed Forces and the BPA is much appreciated and welcomed.
There are a few things to note however,
1. If involved in a skirmish where a BAF or BPA officer is present, the ranking officer is in charge and you must obey his commands
2. Any sign of law breaking or dealings with the enemies of Bretonia and i hate to think what would become of you.
3. Bounties are available on kills, please go here to read what is required

There are several other routes you could go, for instance, joining the Armed Forces themselves or the BPA.
Or the Mandaloriens, the Bounty Hunters and other civil groups in Bretonia.
However if you prefer to be as you are that is also good.
