No longer will our security officers have to fly around in the rather poorly designed trash that Renzu Corp. sells us for cheap.
Whilst searching for a suitable replacement fighter, I came upon your Karatsu class heavy fighter, and were immediately enthralled with its combination of agility, firepower and its very sleek lines.
As such, I request permission from you, the Gas Miner's Guild, to purchase and use two of these wonderful fighters.
We are willing to pay a surcharge above and beyond the purchase price, and would be amenable to negotiate other conditions.

Ma'am,
Francesca Shipping and Security is a profit-oriented corporations that engages in multiple activities, including but not limited to shipping, escort services, lawful bounties, government contracts, construction supply contracts, and many other things.
As for who we work for, that question requires a more...detailed...explanation.
We contract with multiple groups, and are proud to consider both the sovereign governments of Liberty and Bretonia as business partners and clients, as such, however, we have on occasion contracted with less desirable groups for the right price (never so far as to break the law, of course). It should be noted here that our relationship with the Bretonian Government and Libertarian Government have resulted in chilled relations with Kusari and Rheinland. Not so far as open hostilities, of course, but we prefer to do as little business with these governments as possible, and such relations opens up trade opportunities with...other groups.
Our security branch, however, in which these ships will be used operates exclusively in Bretonia, Liberty and the Omegas, and support of unlawful groups within our main area of influence is detremental to our stated causes.

Now you say your group is "chilly" with both Kusari and Rheinland as a result of your leniances with Bretonnian and Liberty respectively. I hope you understand that the great friends we have in Kusari and Rheinland are instrumental in our industry and are the reason why mass quantities of GMG fuel is being shipped out to meet the demands of all four houses. Indeed, the fuel you are using. These friends in particular are Kishiro and RepEx and you can very well imagine that we take a dim view on any who would interfere with their and thus our operations. Keep these two in mind if you seek the hearts of GMG. Consider these two as well if you wish for the possibility for your travels through their respective house space easier in order to come see us.
I'd like to get into more detail about that last point as this is also concerning the procurement of our Karasu Heavy Fighter. Our records show of only 29 Karasu Heavy Fighters being in operation outside of GMG hands. This makes it a pretty rare ship to see outside of our space. You confess that your work with Bretonnia and Liberty has caused some negative viewpoints from both Kusari and Rheinland respectively whom either of which you would need to cross to reach us. So my question is, how do you know of our Karasu and it's performance so well that you would invest millions acquire some? Certainly I wouldn't think you are basing the investment on rumours but we all seem to have different ways of managing business.
Well that detail is disconcerting nonetheless, I might have to have a thorough review of internal security and paramilitary operations done to see if there are any weaknesses. Meanwhile, give some assurances that our friends in Kusari and Rheinland will not be hindered in anyway by you directly or indirectly and convince me on how you seem to know our Karasu so intimately while the GM board and myself discuss the options we have fpr providing you with them.

As to your first statement, about our relations with Kusari and Rheinland.
It is only with the sovereign militaries of both houses with which we have less than friendly relations, and indeed, this is not by our choice, but because we are...well... outsiders, and viewed as such.
We have done business in both Kusari and Rheinland in the past, and mostly likely will do such in the future, but we are very careful in both houses.
As to how we know of the Karatsu, as i said before, we have done some business in Kusari in the past. In particular, our Financial Director traveled to Okinawa for a business meeting with some independent contractors, and it is there he discovered your most excellent fighter, and i trust his judgement as to such, for he was Security Director before i.
