Are you allied with Outcasts now and you give them your technology?
Then, how can you explain this?

You can see on of your agents on this one
and what is he carrying.

Then, a moment later

Outcast got prototype weapons.

Then, he engaged a clocking device and disappeared almost instantly.
I expect that he got that from one of your agents too.

I failed to track him down...

Now, watch what are you doing because i will be watching you, closely.

Leans back at his command chair as he studies the images and shakes his head.

My initial reaction is to say this proves what the Core has been saying from the time after the Nomad war. The Order'€™s usefulness and function is pointless and obsolete. They have themselves been fractioned, scattered, and even subverted by the Nomads. This only increases the need to blow them out of the stars.

Now, as the political nonsense that has been abroad from the Zoners, I'€™m going to tell you what the Order will already say: This is nothing more than some rouge agent of theirs and has no ties with the true blue Order and is not their responsibility.

I cannot fathom why a useless faction like the Order, who claims that the Nomads and all their technology is merely an infection and enemy to be eliminated, can justify the use of Nomad Tech. Perhaps this member of the Order is trying out the benefits of having a Nomad wrapped around his ship as well as his spinal column.

I cannot stomach any rhetorical nonsense the Order utters any more nor will I give this Order pilot any reason to explain himself. The Core will treat this ship like we do any other Order ship.

As far as the Outcast, don'€™t they worship the aliens? If so, seeing weapons on their fighters is of no surprise to me, but seeing the Order and Outcast, perhaps flying together. Well. I'€™m sure there is a fantastic and equally non-sequitur answer both factions can provide.

Here Commander Collister.

I never saw one of this 2 Vessels before.

The order vessels transmitter shows that the Pilot is not a member of the primary fleet.

I'm sure he don't have the persmission to have 4 of this Weapons on board.

Nor to give this highend technology to an Outcast.

I'm sure anything was goin' terribly wrong there.

The High Command will check this Incident for sure.

Mr Luna,

Your transmission is received and acknowledged.

Preliminary notes about this transmission indicate that no evidence of a transfer is shown. Also, our technology is Order technology, not nomad technology. So, the Outcast could have gotten those weapons anywhere.

Guncam evidence makes it appears to be a Freeport. The Order respects Freeports, and will not open fire or make demands whilst in the hospitality of Zoners.

Cloaking device? Right. I see no such thing.

It will be investigated however, but I doubt anything will come of it, since the evidence needed does not exist. Or is not shown

Either way Mr Luna, feel free to watch. You will not see anything but that which we want you to. Interfere, and you will not see anything again.
