To the most honorable members of the Kusari government and to the Nobility of Bretonia. I know that a state of war exists between your two governments and I also understand the tensions are at their most detrimental levels but I implore you both to hear me out.

Yesterday, while flying through the Leeds system, I was on approach to the tau 31 system when my sensors picked up two ships I had seen once before. There were two SCRA ships from the reborn Coalition. I immediately diverted to the Tau 31 in an attempt to find anyone with in communication range, but only managed to warn and escort some transports through. By then there were five SCRA craft within the Leeds systems, approximated 15k from the Tau 31 jump gate. I could not identify or attempt to get any closer then I could to determine what they were doing. Oddly after the destruction of one of their own did they eventually leave.

I fear this more than the war that is insuring between your two governments. Our ancestors worked together, fought together, and died together just to escape the determined grip of the Coalition and now they return to finish what they started. Both your empires are well aware of a foe that lies in wait for the right time to strike. An old saying tells us that a wolf remains a wolf, even if is has not eaten your sheep. A year ago no one ever saw a Coalition ship outside the Omega systems and now they venture even into Sirius as far as Leeds. I have even seen them once within the tau 23 system.

The SCRA are a danger to us all. We cannot forget what they represent and why we took upon our exodus from Sol so long ago. I am merely a Freelancer, but I beg both your governments in the midst of war to please consider this. The SCRA, to have come this far, are not out to make friends, they are waiting to make war.

Mr. Spire,

We thank you for your intelligence data, but at this point there is little we can do to police upper Leeds and Tau-31. All our resources are devoted to repulsing Kusari and Corsair aggression. However, we are committed to defeating any SCRA elsewhere in our boarders. Again, any intelligence that hinders the efforts of this group is appreciated.
