Greetings to the Congress.

My name is MacAllistair Drake.
I'm a former assassin for the Queen of Bretonia, and most recently worked with the Buccaneers.
These days I just do my own thing.

More than a few Congressmen have crossed paths with me in my dealings, notably the Inverness chaps, so I do hope this does not fall on unfriendly ears.


I was busy, doing my own thing, earlier today, and was making my way to avail myself of your services in Allentown, as I had some rather titchy cargo to offload, when, during my docking protocols, a vessel with odd tags launched from your facilities.

Now, as you can see, it was this pilot's alliances that had me worried. I was under the impression that the Congress wanted nothing to do with Hogosha sympathisers, let alone allowed them mooring at your bases.

I, of course, could be wrong.

So, I leave this information in your capable hands.

Please do not infer that I wish you to do anything more with it than you would normally.
I only offer it it as a friend, and frequent customer, so that you may be well informed.
