A Zoner Aquilon-Class Carrier, the ZC-Treebeard, was allowed to dock by your personnel at California Minor. Your corporation controls docking at said planet, so you will understand that this is something that needs to be discussed. As you will see in the attachments to this transmission, the Treebeard was not authorized by the Primary Fleet to enter Liberty space. Had it not been for a Task Force Seven flotilla returning from training exercises in Ontario, it might have slipped by. Ultimately the Treebeard undocked from California Minor, and was torn apart by the guns of the LNS Mayflower.
