The Cat is not meant to circle anything. If your target is so close your turret rotation becomes a problem you've done something wrong already. Cat hates close combat. use your speed to stay away from bad guys. pummel them from range.
You can brawl HT with it, but only do so if you have a clean avenue of escape. shoot it, run past it, shoot again if possible over your shoulder then gtfo and dont come back. let him come to you.

Well, to be fair, the T95 problem is that people on random battles do not know how to deal with it. During CW, it gets destroyed and is supposed to be less usable than the Object even with the Tank Freezeing implemented.
I am actually surprised, I never feared the T95 more than the Object and now that I drive it...it really plays like a fun little flat tank, but I am just surprised how many people have troubles dealing with it. Get up close and rape the lower plate or the copulas. Simple as that.

In the battle you were in, close range wasn't really an option, you're lucky the arty wasn't a crack shot.

I know. I was counting on it, actually. During the battle, I thought that we lost so I went AFK at one point. But yes, the only way to win in a T95 is to shoot from distance.
