• The Commune have been removed from the Sirius Wide target list. They may still be claimed as Outcast kills in The House of Liberty.
• Gaians kills will now only be processed in The House of Liberty. Bretonian regions have been removed.
• Defunct Reaver mercenary group removed from target list.
• New regulations on minimum cargo requirements for smuggler claims have been implemented.
• Foreign Warship base price adjusted. Vessel class modifiers may be applied as usual.
