The Shadows are now openly sending a transmission Omicron Wide only for now for people who wish to join our cause in securing a brighter future for us all. The following details must be filled out before applying to the Shadows. If you wish to join us as a Citizen you can trade and supply allies with food or required materials. If you join as a Soldier, you'd be under the command of General Lupius and serve mainly as a defence force unless we ever enter in to a hostile conflict of war.
