You may heard of some guy of your kind called Doratodon? I met him today in the Liberty Systems and we got a quite nice chat. He mentioned something about a secret lab where scientists doing all kinds of stuff next to the standard cardamine research. We are pretty intersted of additional information, especially about planets, sunsystems and such (mostly astrophysic, geometric masses from black holes, system relation/positioning - in between spaces - and so on). I'd like to have permission to pass your system and get some of your researchers to work with me, if they are at least interested in that.
Let me be clear: I'm neither a spy, nor do i want to give away any secrets, if you decide to give us some information declared by the Outcasts to be secret. Also i will neither give away any information which first of all are used to harm others (e.g. weapons technology). I wish this to be a peaceful mission and have gain some beliefs that there are unlawfuls, who may be wishing the same. Would be nice if we could get to reach an agreement. Of course i dont dock with any of your stations. I have a fully operational lab at my service onboard my ship. I dont even need to see your research facility, i just wanna share opinions with Outcast researchers and they can use our instruments freely. I repeat; this should be a peaceful 'mission' to participate in an exchange of non harmful-intended knowledge.

Buenas dias, Senorita Jirent. I do not know this Doratodon, but I look forward to meeting him and asking him why he is discussing supposedly secret research with non-Outcasts.
I am not sure what station this Doratodon is referring to, but I assume it is one of the facilities in our Guard system that research the black hole. If you wish to conduct research on this phenomenon it is allowed with three conditions. One, you will ONLY enter this system under the guidance and guard of one of the 101st pilots; any violation of this rule will be met with lethal force. Two, you will share all data you gather with our scientists. Three, you will disable all navigational and sensor recording systems EVERY time you access this system; this system is carefully guarded and we will condone no data gathering about the system under any circumstances. If these conditions are agreeable let us know.

Im happy to hear the legendary 101 will be accompany me through that operation. Of course i agree with all (3) of your pointed statements. I wouldn't dare to enter Outcast space in slightest, if i had no guarantee to get out there alive. As for that i counting on your word for protection, since i will not have a single helping hand by my side if it comes to a fighting mess somehow. I dont know much about the Omicrons.
About point 3: You say that i am not allowed to gather data from the system, but the whole point is to get more information, so people can learn of the phenomenoms of the black hole? Or is this another system you speak of? I need a clarify here. Theres no point for me entering a system i cannot gather and share knowledge with others for a better understanding of things.

I suppose I wasnt quite clear; my mistake. Si, you may make all the recordings of the Hole and any tests you wish. What I do NOT want you to do is to make system maps or scan any facilities inside the system. Some of our closest secrets are in that system and it is only with furthering science that we allow any non-Outcasts in there at all; even escorted.
You should have no trouble from the locals so long as we are with you, so do not worry about protection. Your reputation with most Outcasts is admirable Senorita, but you are entering the Guard system. Make SURE you are at least neutral to the patrols or even we wont be able to do more than rescue your escape pod.

Then you could ship them with you and i will let them enter my vessel in a quiet edge in the Omicrons, out of your guard system and under your careful watch of course. I don't need the actual expirience with the circumstances refered to questioned object directly, as much as i may like to. Actual Data can be good enough. Only question is; is your research team allowed to be out of that system?
As for the current state of my reputation; i do not want to enter the guard system with all my analizing stuff and tinkertools onboard.
