Greetings members or Shogunate;

[color=#FFFFFF]On behalf of Order Overwatch I have been tasked to offer you assistance with this matter;
I will make this short and simple as big and fancy talks are not my thing,
hope that is alright with you and we can get down to work.

We have been informed about the project with base construction that you have started,
and we would like to offer our hand with it.
The destruction of Minor has taught us one thing. Keeping all our cards in one place is lethal.
We have been focused to much on single spot, and lost larger view on things.
To survive, we must expand and spread.
In this regard, we just want to start by lending our assistance for this base,
and then assign a reasonable order contingent to it.
Starting with around 500 people and several transports which will start immediately with runs if agreed.

To show that this project is of great importance to us, we are ready to assign one of our carriers "Immortal"
commanded by one of Order most experienced Commodores, Moiraine Damodred,
to take part in defensive actions, and make sure base is safely completed as soon as possible.
We see this as great start for more co-operation between our parties to the satisfaction of both.

Right, this turned out to be bit bigger then I thought, but should be alright,
I am not much of a diplomat speaker, but in this case I am glad it was assigned to me.
Looking forward to be hearing from you.

First, I must commend your insistence on keeping it short. Time is of the essence when a project of this magnitude comes to play. The size of your contingent seems agreeable, especially since the base is at a stage where essential parts can still be modified to suit most, if not all our collective needs.

Personally, I do not see much of a need for a Carrier defence force since unwanted ships rarely venture into the area, but i understand your concern, especially since you're putting a stake in this project as well.

Your offer is accepted in full and your contingent eagerly awaited.

Greetings again;

Swift responce much appreciated, glad to see we are on same page here.
Several of our transports already left Omicron Mu, and will be arriving soon at Chugoku,
upon their return, we shall sent detailed report about cargo transported on another channel,
just to keep track on everything.
In meanwhile Immortal will move under low profile, and provide logistical support and whatever will be needed.
If I do catch up some time, I plan to visit this base personally.
That would be all for now I guess, safe flying out there.
