I am Vice Admiral Wolf of the 41st Naval Task Force of Liberty.
We should hopefully be constructing a base soon in the system of California, and one of our purposes of this base was to "Assist our Bretonian Allies against the Gallic Menace". We would like to have a meeting with one of the members of the Admiralty Board to discuss the finer details. The LN high command have also been given access to this frequency and will be able to track the progress of our work.

We in the 41st Naval Task Force Are officialy requesting permission to have access to the House of Bretonia to assist our allies and friends against the Gallic menace that so threatens our own house. We are requesting your permission, as we are also requesting the Armed Forces, to have permission to base ships, and fly back and forth between our great and esteemed houses.

The admiralty board of the Armed Forces have decided to give permission to 41st| Naval Task Force to reinforce the Liberty Navy fleet in orbit of Planet Leeds. With the agreement from the LN HQ to sign their request, we have no further objections.

We would invite a group of your officers aboard the battleship Harlow to discuss strategies over a small banquet, i'm affraid the food isn’t very fancy, but the cuisine’s shortcomings should be more than made up for by the comradeship.

We have decided that a meeting in the early days of January, 820 AS, would be most suitable for our officers. Please notify us on how feasable this would be for yourselves. I will leave the choices of food to yourselves. We are going to place our own Lieutenant Commander Jackson out there permanently to oversee operations. Please do not hesitate to contact him for anything that you may need.

For the time being, only Fighter and Bomber class vessels will be based within Bretonia, and Capital Class vessels will be on call if such ships are needed. If this is requested to change in my meeting with the Bretonian Armed Forces Admiralty, you will be notified on this channel. As for adhearing to Bretonian Officials, i thought that this would go without saying, but nonetheless, we will follow any orders given. We are there to help after all, not forcibly occupy. As for the Corsairs you mentioned, this is acceptable and will be adheared to. We will NOT engage Corsair vessels unless a dire circumstance arises in which our own vessels are threatened or we are given a direct order by a high ranking officer of the Armed Forces or Governmental Official (Bretonian Police Authority, Bretonian Inteligence Service).
