It is with some regret that I report that the Assault Carrier [7'TH]-Black.Scorpion has gone rogue and assaulted assets of the Liberty Forces.
The incident started with an attempt to get the vessel's commander to provide a clear path through trade space over Manhattan. After much antagonism, a fine was levied and forwarded to the Liberty Police for his disruptive and disrespectful behavior. A full report by the LPI- officers on duty should be forthcoming.

As I arrived on shift, I was alerted by one of my colleagues that a 7th fleet ship [7TH]-Black.Scorpion, was failing to respond to hails, had just rammed a civilian ship to death and was blocking the Manhattan Docking ring.
When I arrived at the scene, the ship was in a vertical orientation in front of the docking ring. Debris from the destroyed ship was apparent.
As the first responding officer, Rectuit Tal Revis lead the inquiry. Eventually, the captain of the Black Scorpion responded.
He was informed that due to his careless and thoughtless actions, he would be required to pay a fine totalling ten million credits. There was some disagreement about whether the lawful actions of the Liberty Police Force applied to him, and the captain also disobeyed a direct order from Primary Fleet [LN] to comply with LPI's lawful demands.
During this time a freelancer interfered constantly. He failed to move away despite multiple warnings and refused to shut up. He was Put out of action by Polstari, myself
Following Captain Polstari's arrival and after some considerable amount of threats, toing and froing, the fine was paid to Captain Polstari.
A smuggler was dealt with (See seperate report) and then the Black Scorpion re-appered. It managed to get into a shooting match with a Liberty Navy gunboat. . It was about this time that one of the Black Scorpion's wildly innaccurate shots hit the San Quentin.
The LAC then appeared to lose his rag at a Junker. Moments later he fired on SWAT Officer Doug Harper's bomber.
I then made the decision to remove the threat to liberty unless an explanation was forthcoming and called all ships to be prepared to engage the carrier.
No such explanation arrived and the carrier was fired upon by all ships. During the firefight, my Recruit officer's ship was downed by accurate primary gunfire.
The threat to New York was removed.
A call was received to assist in Colorado with a pirate/Gallic Junker. We proceeded to Colorado, but a short while into our patrol, we received word that the Black Scorpion had attacked and destroyed another Naval ship. This was followed shortly later by a further message telling us that a LABC had been destroyed by the carrier.
We tracked the Black Scorpion to Denver and engaged the rogue ship. The Wickerton was destroyed during the firefight
The enagement continued, whilst the recently shot down freelancer "Hero-for-Hire" continued to bleat over system comms.
Eventually, the combined fleet gathered against it wore the carrier down and the LPI-SWAT-San.Quentin was able to deliver the last hammer blow.
The captain's last words were "See you in the next system". I believe his intentions may well be to commandeer a further vessel to use against Liberty Forces.

Hello everyone, this is the person you know as Justice.of.the.Peace,
I admittedly did not notice exactly what happened, or may have sparked the hostility, but I do know I saw the vessel in question shooting fellow officers, even after asked to stop.
I post simply to provide a small bit more backbone to these accusations being made. The following cams are taken from the second engagement in Colorado, following the incident outside Manhattan.

The admiral of this ship has gone completely insane and rogue. Best to decommission this vessel and court martial the pilot, if you ask me.

i regret to inform you, "black.Scorpion" was reported in California behind Planer Mojave firing on Liberty Navy Vessels once again, i regret not having guncam's, but LNS-Santisima.trinidad and SFC|assault-3 were actively engaged in combat with Scorpion, i arrived with my Seige cruiser and began to Seige him with Cannon Fire, same incident as the last two with the same orders, Shoot to takedown, this was approximately 2-3 hours after the second incident but that moment of relief was short lived when the incident was over and Scorpion was Brought down, Trinidad received another call for help.Begin Report: 1 (Ooc Post)

[7th]black.Scorpion was at it again, this time at Manhattan, we docked at riverside restocked and repaired as quick as we could and made way for Manhattan, to jumped to my bomber in hanger at Norfolk and proceeded to fort bush then Manhattan, when i got there, a Lone Navy fighter was under attack and Long Island station its self was under fire, Defense platforms were Shot down, once the navy unit was shot down by scorpion and he stopped attacking LIS, i was then targeted upon, Scorpion was given clear warning to Stand down, and warned he would be shot down if he continued his rampage, that did not happen, Trinidad gave the order to open fire and so it happened, during the fight, Scorpion hired a freelancing bomber to open fire on the rest of us, i was first to be targeted by evaded the novice's nova torpedo's with ease, the freelancing bomber was the first to go followed by Scorpions destruction after quite some time.
he was then seen leaving Manhattan after some time, with out his [7'th] tag and started to preach the Liberty Navy, Liberty Police inc and the Liberty security force has been infiltrated and is run by Rouges.

a similar call was made from Pennsylvania but it was unconfirmed to me if any civilians were harmed at Planet Erie, flying with LNS-Santisima.trinidad and LongIsland, we proceeded to the location and talk it over with Scorpion, it was a rouge start but orders were to hold fine unless directly targeted and fired upon, at first Santi was targeted but the order to hold fire was still active as more appeared, quickly the firing stopped and we were talking, its possible the crew had been afflicted by nomads but all previous situations weakened there grasp, having to chase and follow the LAC eventually i was able to shutdown his cruise engines with a Reinforced CD missile, where others then continued to join us but the order to Hold fire was still standing, a few times shots were received and shots made but orders for them to hold there fire was called out, every action has a reaction, as it was the case here, with everyone keeping a min distance of 3.8k from scorpion i proceeded to take over and negotiate with the captain, Santi was lead ship of this fleet that had come to gether and was giving the order's but all so allowed me an attempt to negotiate with the captain of the LAC, the majority of the crew were feeling illness due to Headache's and dizzyness, there were no signs of a Nomad infestation as Scans from SV had showed but there were sign's of nomads mental abilitys at work upon the captain and its crew, this negotiation proceeded for maybe 30mins to an hour, each time something went right after some time i moved my Seige cruiser closer, eventually i was able to sit along side the LAC and talk with its captain, twice i was fired upon as i did so but it stopped when i moved away.End Report: 1

this may have been a chance to finally put and end to the problem, if not for a agitated, impatient trigger happy bomber who in the pilots own ability, the carrier now known as "Black.Scorpion" was getting off far too easy and was being pampered, my reply to this is, there was no hostility unless hostility was shown, we were away from civilian personal and there were in no danger should a fight break out, this was not a demand for cargo, a Fine or even a Given order that was defied, the only thing in question was the mental and physical status of the captain and crew, those who appeared and sat back even if they were navy or civilians, took there own risk of being there, Santi's and my own judgment on how to act were not compromised and our Order to Stand down was stated many many times for a reason, hostility resulted in hostility, as the negotiation was coming to an end and we would escort the Carrier and its crew to Willard for a medical examination, an LN bomber, being Falcon, if i recall correctly, Opened fire on the carrier and ignored repeated warnings and refused to stop attacking, the Carrier once destroyed and hauled to the closest ship yard, no crew appeared to survive, the bomber had disobeyed a direct order, as we could have put an end to this for once and for all... it is unknown if these... "mad crys of afflicted everywhere" will continue or not, the captain of the LAC is rumored to have survived the destruction of his ship.
