I'm not sure but i think bribes are broken. i have bought three bribes for the GRN and the only thing that has happened is my rep with other people have gone down but the GRN hasn't moved.

I'f an admin can fix my rep and set me to neutral with GRN(which is what i was trying to get) that would be very appreciative. thank you.

Your image links are broken.
However, I bet that the OSI ID is having a rephack with GRN, which makes it impossible to bribe it friendly/neutral.

OSI have maximum -0,3 with GRN/GRP, you'll never become green with them.
