It has been some time since I have heard from you last. How are things working for you back in the Rheinswehr? I trust your orders as of late have not been... Morally questionable.
I still trust you far more than many of your compatriots, and I am all for a spaceborne meeting at a time and place of your choosing.

Guten Abend Erich,
it's nice to hear from you. However, I'm a bit confused aswell. So tell me first; on whose side do you fight for? Is it Rheinland or Liberty? I understand that the Widerstandsarmee tries to achieve their goals sometimes with some more radical methods, but I didn't believed that you'd fight side by side with the Liberty Navy against the Vaterland...
You might understand, that this forced me to act more cautious in terms of staying in touch with you. I wouldn't like to have our next meeting ending by me floating dead in open space outside of Darmstadt, ja? Our secret friendship - if you can call it like this - has always been hanging by a thread anyways.
Maybe I've been far too naive in the past. So I'll ask again: Can I still trust you? Or is this "meeting" an obvious trap?
*Erich pauses a moment, seemingly choosing his words carefully*
You have every right to feel suspicious of me, and by extension the Widerstand. I merely wish to iterate that it is no secret what our aims are; the overthrow of the Federal Republic.
That... Does not mean we suddenly are opposed to the livelihoods of Rheinland's people. We still oppose at every turn the occupation of Stuttgart by Synth Foods, we still oppose the policies that the Bundestag and Rheinhardt have enacted for years upon years...
Little has changed, save, at times, the means of resistance.
I would like to meet you in near orbit of Freeport 2, Sarah. I will come alone and without any semblance of harmful intentions, as always. I will explain it to you, to the best of my ability, why what happened ~had to happen.
If you can find it in your conscience to give me the benefit of the doubt and extend enough trust to at least hear me out there, I promise that it will be worth your while, and you will leave entirely unharmed.
