As his ship jerked to the side from the impact, Finn sprang into motion. Increasing power to shields, he quickly strapped himself in and launched the missiles he had locked on. Using the split second that the missiles were priming up for launch, he targeted each ship to his side with both Battle Razor's, and fired. As the giant sphere's of energy raced across the void towards their targets, the missiles fired. Within a second, the surge of energy from the impact of the Razors collapsed the ship's shields, rendering them defenseless and knocking the ships out of their position. Knowing the pilots wouldn't have enough time to launch counter measures from that jolt, he watched as the missiles each connected with the cockpit of the enemy ships, exploding with a violent surge before dissipating into twisted metal sharps. Silently cheering to himself as he was able to best more advanced ships, he knew that trick would not work again. Waiting for the missile pods to cool down from the first volley, he focused to the ship in front of him... and stared into the cockpit at Mrs. Kuhn.
"Seems I have sent your compatriots t' an eternal state of peace Mrs. Kuhn. How about you jus..."
Not a moment later, weapons blazed from the forward guns on Kuhn's ship, as it raced towards Finn. Opening up with his standard loadout, he punched the engines and began is rotation, barrel-rolling as both ships flew within meters of eachother. As Finn turned his ship around, his shipped lurched to the side, being pelted with the other ship that was much more maneuverable and nimble. Hatching a plan, Finn gunned his engines once coming face to face with Kuhn. Seeing his Razors fully charged, he rest his thumbs on the firing trigger, with his pinky finger resting on another. Shooting forward, he unleashed both Razors once he was within close proximity. As Kuhn reacted to the oncoming spheres, Finn pressed his pinky down and let loose his plan, hoping it would be successful. Cutting his engine and immediately turning his ship around, he watched as Kuhn's ship barrel-rolled out of the way of the Razors, right into the mine Finn left in his wake. Her shield now overloaded and disappearing in a flash, a singular missile was decreasing it's distance towards the rear of her ship...

She panicked as she saw the missile race towards her ship. She knew if she didn't do anything fast, she'd be joining her wingmen in death. Searching vigorously, she found her countermeasure release button where she rapidly pressed it hoping that the missile would be countered. She look out of her rear mirror and saw that it was not working. Panicking even more, she started to jolt her ship in many directions, pushing it to its limits. The missile was almost on her tail when a lucky countermeasure was ejected and caught the attention of the missile. It detonated behind her, causing major damage to her ship but it was not enough to destroy it. She desperately tries to gain some distance. As she does this, Finns computers go haywire for one last time.
This will not be the end.
Finn just sits back and relaxes knowing that she won't be coming back anytime soon. As quickly as she appeared, she vanishes from all screens and visual sight. Now knowing what Finn was looking for, he quickly scans the immediate vicinity for any more vessels just like the ones he's had to defend himself from. Finding nothing, he decides to check if any loot survived from the two ships that exploded right in front of him. A huge energy source was found laying in the mist of a wreckage. He cautiously heads towards it trying to find out exactly what it was. To his amazement, an active Nomad Power Cell was found laying in the wreckage. His excitement rocketed though the roof. He didn't hesitate and quickly tractored it into his ship. He couldn't risk this valuable cell getting into anyone else's hands so he quickly started to charge up his cruise engines; he set course back to his home. With this new Cell, the research abilities were endless. This had been one of this best finds yet.
