Heyo,
Geez, you guys don't mess around, do you?
Tohoku, huh? Yeah, I know the place. Or, well - know of it, at least. Might have even poked my head in once or twice. Maybe. Depends if it's the place I'm thinking of. It probably is, given what you're offering. That's okay - danger doesn't scare me. As long as you're not actually asking me to capture anything. Yeesh. Good luck with that.
In any case - information. Recon. No getting caught. Right. Easy peasy. I think I know just where to start. Got more than a few contacts on my neural net mailing list, capiche?
You'll be hearing back from me soon, and you bet I'll have what you need. Then we can talk rewards. Oh yeah. I know you guys got a lotta tech worth a lotta somethin' back there.
But - like I said - we'll talk about that after I make you guys the most clued-up professors of Tohokuology this side of Sirius.
Ciao! -Komachi

Heyo,
I'm still on this, just so's you all know. I'm not, like, slacking off or anything. It's just harder than I thought to find anyone in my, uh - 'circle of contacts', so to speak, that knows anything about Tohoku and is willing to show me around. Sucks, huh?
So I figure I'm about to go in alone. It can't be that bad, can it?
Stay tuned.

Hey-ho!
It took a while, 'cause I had to pretty much fly solo, but I finally got what you need. Kinda. Unfortunately, I couldn't drum up anyone to give me a hand or tell me anything about it themselves (I wonder why?), but it's amazing what you can get done with a few free afternoons, a Katana full of fuel, and an adventurous spirit!
One thing I gotta highlight: aliens, nada. Or, at least, one little fighter wasn't enough to provoke them into coming out. If you wanna take one whole, or something as ballsy as that, then you're gonna need a bigger boat - or something to lure them out before you put them in a net. Or whatever. Good luck with that project, by the way. Sounds p-much impossible, to me.
But then again, I guess that's why you're the corporate types - no?
Anyway - yeah. No jellies, no flying sushi, and no nutjob thralls popping out of the Arch to turn me into some kind of zombie. Maybe if you fly a five-k full of Artifacts through, or something, you can get them to come out.
What I did get for you, though, is a few nice scans/holiday photographs of the system for you! I'm guessing the Naval Forces don't exactly share what their astrogation teams pick up, so you can make good use of this, I'm sure!
So. I assume you know the way in, and all the basic whatevers, so I'll skip straight to the IMPORTANT PARTS.
Number one: the big blue cloud that I marked as a 'danger zone'? Yeah, it's totally dangerous and whatever, so don't go in there. It's not like there's anything to hide in there, per se, but the radiation is like ten bazillion percent.
Totally.
...
Yeah, I didn't think that one would fly at all. Here's the raw data. I assume you don't plan on telling the Dragons that you know any of this, anyway, so I don't expect this'll ever land me in hot water. Even if it does - pff. I was gonna go global anyway. Just promise me you won't fly up to Ryuku and laugh at them, right?
So, basically. Jump hole to Okinawa, which I'm sure you guys will love - super secret Dragon base that you're not meant to know about - and then everything else I'd expect you to know already. Jump hole into the system, and the Arch itself.
Oh, and this:
Which turned out to be this:
That is something you might wanna check out. I don't know where the hole goes - and I couldn't exactly dock with it while that battleship was sitting looking at me and threatening to launch patrols - but it might be something interesting. Especially in a system like Tohoku, right? There's gotta be some sweet secrets hidden behind there. If I were you, I'd get right on that.
So, yeah. You tell me if this is all a-OK, or whatever, and then we can discuss what I get in return. Gotta have a think about what I'd do with all those 'shipyards and technology', right? Or, alternatively, you rip me off and I go back to taxing your transports even harder than before. If you wanna go that route, you'd better invest in armour.
Ciao! -Komachi

Ah...... Now see this is precisely why I picked you - you know how to entartaine and amuse everyone, I don't think its a good Idea to pose threats considering our relationship, If you want to call it that, I don't know if its the Cardimine or just your sense of humor but whatever it is I can only hope you won't repeat what you have said. You do realize that if it wasn't for me you wouldn't have a dime let alone any of our "tech". exhales However - I cannot refrain from congrulating you for all the information you have gathered - My associates think I'm fighting a lost cause - but these bald headed balloons were born with a spoon on one hand and a carrot on the other. Always the money, Always the bloody money. So, What is it that you ask for, other then un-ending praise and submission and a box full of mascara.
