Okay, seriously now. Do as people mentioned: restart your PC and reset your router. Or even better, turn both off and wait for a few minutes, then turn on everything.
If the problem occurs despite these efforts, contact someone who is good in locking up ports and cleaning up connection. You should also check, if its not something that takes up a good chuck of your connection, like automatic updates or - worse - adware, malware or some other crap.
Of course, check if its not one of your relatives who take up your connection. This might be the case. Also, check if your phone, tablet or other such device isn't connected through wi-fi to your internet, this also might be the case.

I WISH I had had a ping of below 100ms! I'm in Australia and on a GOOD day I get 270ms. Usually I'm playing with a ping around 350ms. Find something better to complain about please! LOL.
