To add on what what already said, if you are making a story with the intention of having something "special" then you are doing it wrong. SRPs were somewhat originally designed for when a good story goes beyond what the rules allow. Most of the well done SRPs have the original character start off in the military or a simple freelancer, and interactions with others drives the story of that person to a different direction. Most times SRPs aren't required for stories like these. Sometimes they are. Just tell a story and roleplay. Don't worry about stuff like SRPs for now.
