Report about the incident surely was already delivered to you, gentlemen. We deeply regret such incident happened to your ships. I can assure you employees responsible for it were already punished, and lectured about proper behavior toward customers; especially such important ones as Ageira. We will do our best nothing like that happens ever again.

Once again, on behalf of Daumann Board of Directors, I apologize for our employees' behavior.

BZZZZZ
I thank you for contacting us first to resolve this incident. This is report I have received from Mr Arthur Turrigan, captain of the ship attacked in Omega-11.
Hi, my name is Arthur Turrigan and I work as hauler for Ageira Innovations. During the delivery of a shipment of trade lanes parts from Pueblo Station, Colorado to Solarius Station, Omega-11, I was confronted upon arrival by DHC-Excalibur who was hostile to my attempt to dock on Solarius Station. Accompanied by Mr Alan Pace we managed to convince DHC-Excalibur to let us dock, where we dropped our cargo. As authorized by our contract, I brought a shipment of Diamonds to deliver to Leduc Station, Alberta. But when came the time to leave the station and the system, DHC-Excalibur became very hostile and asked me to drop my cargo, claiming I had no right to trade diamonds. To add a cherry to the top, a bunch of Red Hessians joined the fray around that time and started to threaten us all. I tried to fly away to the Jumpgate at that moment but was brought to a stop when I got fired at up until my shield batteries reserve were depleted. Then I was forced to drop around 4000 units of Diamonds, while my colleague Alan Pace managed to escape their attention and made a run for the jumpgate. Here is the blackbox log of my ship, which cover the time of the encounter with DHC-Excalibur. I and Alan Pace can act as witness to these events.
We believe that 25 000 000 SC reparation for cargo and profit loss as well as sustained ship damage would be proper. Please send it directly to Ageira~Arthur.Turrigan account. I do hope that once resolved this incident, though very unpleasant, might initiate a more friendly and transparent cooperation between our companies.
Best regards,
Sebastian Hart,
Interim Chief Executive Officer
