Sabina entered the small room she had rented from the Junkers on Trafalgar for the meeting and gave a small sigh. She felt odd wearing her Crimson Cross formal uniform, despite having risen to the holy knight rank of Captain she was rarely seen in it. She much prefered her worn jeans and black leather jacket to the constricting red, black, and white suit and dress pants of the uniform. However, she figured her comfort was of lower priority than making a good impression with the Bowex representative. Adding to the annoyance of the suit she had to wear the cardamine mask that made sure that she received enough cardamine to live in the foreign atmosphere.
The was a small square table with a metal chair on either end in the center of the small spartan meeting room. She sat down at one end table just in time to hear a quick knock at the door.
“Come in,” Sabina replied curtly.
“I got the tea you wanted,” said the 16 year old who entered the room with a tray with two cups and a fresh pot of tea. Sabina knew most Bretonians tended to be fond of tea and she hoped the Bowex representative would appreciate the gesture.
“Just put it down on the table and make sure once my acquaintance arrives no one disturbs us.”
“I’ll do my best to keep the idiots around here from trying to crash your party,” the teen said with a quick laugh as he left the room.
With that Sabina waited, hoping the meeting won’t go too horribly.

Mr Hudson, we have landed at Trafalgar spoke the pilot. We have a green light all around, doors are open. You may leave when ready. A short nod was followed as a man stepped out of the door. He was wearing a white shirt, coupled together with a black tie, suit and trousers. As Hudson stepped out of the vessel, he adjusted his tie, checked himself in his pocket mirror and he proceeded into the station. This is the first time Hudson had been to Trafalgar Station before. He was on unfamiliar territory, unknown grounds and yet, despite this he was rather confident.
He proceeded into one of the bars where he swiftly took a seat where he expected someone to come and collect him. He put his feet up, pulled out a book and began to read while looking around every so often to see if someone was waiting for him.
The 16 year old boy Sabina had asked to help set up had also been tasked with keeping an eye out for the Bowex representative. He still wasn’t sure why she had asked him to help but he was alway eager to make a few extra credits around the station. It wasn’t too long before he saw a man sitting at one of the bars with a nice suit, a dead give away he wasn’t from around here.
The boy walked over to the man and asked, “You Mr. Hudson? If you are that ‘cast told me to bring you to her. She is over this way.”
The boy pointed in the direction of the room that Sabina had set aside for the meeting.

Hudson slowly lowered his book and turned to the boy. Aren't you a bit young my boy? he asked. The boy nodded his head a pointed in the direction of Sabina. Hudson stood up, shortly after he took his feet from the table and placed them on the floor. He brushed down his suit and followed the towards the room. The boy nodded and left Hudson at the door where Hudson knocked, awaiting a reply.
With the knock at the door, Sabina quickly got up for her seat. She tried to straighten her uniform out in such a way that the stiff fabric didn’t feel restricting but her effort was futile. After giving up on trying to feel comfortable, she made her way to the door and opened it up to see the man she was waiting for.
It was immediately apparent that Mr. Hudson felt quite at ease in the fancy suit he was wearing and Sabina tried her best to hide the twinge of jealousy she felt towards the man’s obvious confident and collected attitude.
“Mr. Hudson, I am so glad to finally meet you in person. I hope the locals around here didn’t give you too much trouble they can be quite a rowdy bunch sometimes. I am sure you are more used to meeting in more… clean locations but this place has its own set of charms,” she said with the best smile she could muster as she reached out for a handshake.

“... I am sure you are more used to meeting in more… clean locations but this place has its own set of charms,” Hudson took a quick look around the room and shrugged it all of. The cleanliness of the place didn't seem to bother him to much. He noticed that Sabina had placed her hand out and Hudson copied. He took hold of her hand with one of his hands, placed the other one on the back of Sabina's hand and shook firmly. It is a pleasure to finally meet you too, my friend. He spoke in a calm, soft toned voice as he nodded. He pointed towards the table and chairs and as he did, they both took a seat.
“Why yes we do,” Sabina said as she took a seat. She motioned towards the tea the boy had brought in earlier, “Some tea if you want it.”
She cleared her throat and straightened up slightly in her seat before continuing with the small speech she had been rehearsing in her head, “As I already mentioned in my communications with you earlier, the Crimson Council has become interested in strengthening the bond between the Nation of Malta and Kingdom of Bretonia. For a long time our two great houses have had an uneasy truth based upon our shared enemy the corsairs. Now, with the rapid expansion of the Gauls, we have another foe in common.”
“My superiors in the Council had decided the best course of action to achieving better relations with Bretonia would be to start by improving relations with some of the Kingdom’s more important citizens which includes you corporation. Simply put, we wish to know how the Crimson Cross and the rest of the Maltese Nation can be of help to Bowex in exchange for simply a good word on our behalf when the time comes for us to approach the Kingdom of this subject officially.”

Hudson intently looked at Sabina's face as it slowly turned into a strong, stern look. Ms Venneri, you should know that when you offer a man with a business proposal or wanting to improve relationships between certain groups, you must realise that a "what do you want" approach is a little... how should I put it? Off? So, I would like to ask you. What can the Crimson Cross offer BorderWorld Exports? How can you ensure neutrality?
